I always use this as my intra-workout drink during my weightlifting sessions, and basketball games. It mixes very well so you don't get clumps, and it tastes great (strawberry and kiwi). Highly recommended. I feel great when I take this drink, I don't feel too sore after my sessions and I feel like I can keep up with my workout/ game sessions consistently without feeling drained or fatigued. Placebo, who knows, but I want to say that the drink plays some part in my performance.

As you would expect a great product from one of the leading if not the leader in fitness supplements, yes it is more expensive than others that are available, but the cost is well worth it due to the quality. This product tastes well mixes with water, or protein powder.

I really like this product, I haven't noticed a difference in DOMS, but I use this intra workout and feel like it gives me a bit of a boost. Strawberry and kiwi does taste artificial, but I really like the taste. The only poor quality of this is the mix-ability. You do kind of get some gritty bits which means you have to shake it throughout your workout to keep it mixed!

This BCAA brand is quite good one, I feel good and ready to go to the Gym to practice further time I used to, because it is giving to me more fuel for. You have now a permanent costumer. Many thanks

Absolutely love the flavour and taste of this product. I have tried a few others and honestly they are normally overly sweet or terrible at mixing. The Optimum Nutrition strawberry kiwi mixes easily and tastes great! I would highly recommend

Bought this as a recommendation from a colleague (strawberry kiwi flavour). Whether you like the flavour or not is a subjective opinion - for me it tastes great. The recommendation tells you to mix two scoops with 350 ml of cold water however I feel that even with 500 ml of water the solution is too concentrated - once again this is a subjective opinion and it's easy to play around with the volume of water until you find a value which suits you. I've given the product three stars due to the amount of content in the container in relation to the size of the container. In the image the container stands quite tall (which relatively it does) however the BCAA powder itself only makes up a quarter of the volume at best which is disappointing and perhaps misleading. As for its efficacy, I don't feel that I am in a position to make a judgement just yet (the review will be updated when I am). I've used other ON products before and they have all been excellent which is why I chose to go with ON for my BCAA fix.

Best, buying it from amazon is cheap and reliable

Compré este BCAA y me ha gustado mucho. El sabor fresa y kiwi es agradable, no empalaga y se disuelve muy bien en agua. Lo uso durante los entrenamientos y siento que ayuda a mantener la energía y reducir la fatiga.

Étant atteinte de polyarthrite, la gymnastique, le Pilates, les randonnées à pied ou a vélo sont des épreuves terribles depuis des années. J’ai testé ce produit par défaut parce que rien ne m’aidait.. eh bien, je me sens nettement moins douloureuse pendant et après l’effort !!! C’est fantastique
