Excellent item. A few squirts straight into my mouth when I go to bed and I sleep really well. Lasts quite a long time.

So after trying the pastilles for a little while, which I found to be moderately effective at best, I decided I'd invest in the spray formula to see if there was any difference. The spray, despite being a bit pricey does actually work in comparison to the pastilles. Thankfully, the spray is a fine mist so it'll last you quite some time before you consider repurchasing it. I will say that the spray does leave a weird taste in the mouth for a minute or two, but the effects of the medicine can last you hours. The effects do induce a sense of calmness without feeling "off" or dealing with some sort of unwanted side effect.

Not a paid relief product and its debatable if it aids in sleep as no notable difference to sleep patterns probably something that is more of a placebo perhaps it works for some and not others

It certainly does for me. I am in constant pain because of a shoulder injury. I use painkillers and pain relieving gels to to help me relax when I go to bed, then when I’m ready to settle down, half a dozen sprays of night rescue and the next thing I know, it’s morning, admittedly as determined by my cat, but I am generally aware I’ve had a good nights sleep.

I use this spray consistently at night to help me sleep and I have found it works very well in calming and easing stress. Works especially when I wake up in the night. The spray also lasts quite a long time compared to other products from Bach's that are meant to be used for the same thing. Would highly recommend as an natural option to help with easing stress at night!

Très efficace. J'ai par erreur commandé la version sans alcool, mais pas sans sucre ! (Envie de vomir à chaque pulvérisation) . Alors sauf croyances religieuses,ou parcours compliqué avec l'alcool, préférez cette version, l'originale, qui ne vous rendra pas ivre, je vous le promets et vous aidera vraiment pour les nuits difficiles.
