Results wise - It is quite good, gives you that extra strength in the gym when you need it and helps with recovery. Making two shakes a day while on the days when I'm attending gym and having one on the rest days helped me gain about 2 kg in a month. Taste wise - extremely good with milk, reasonable with water. I find that with water it can be sometimes too sweet. I'm using the chocolate flavour. Also, as a side note, having it with water will make you wee a 2/3 times in an hour. Having it with milk won't. Therefore the absorption is different when having it with milk because milk contains fat and they're mixing together. Also, I have a sensible digestion system but with this product I never had any problems.

I first bought USN Muscle Fuel Anabolic about 18 months ago when I was looking to bulk up and found it very effective - the suggested serving size of 3 scoops in 600ml of liquid is very large - almost too much to fit in a standard size shaker - so I tended to stick with 2 scoops and less liquid, and just had 2 or 3 shakes per day depending on my training routine. Using this supplement I went from 13st 5lbs to 14st 6lbs over a period of months and was very happy with the results. Obviously you need a decent diet and training plan but with everything else in place, this product will definitely help achieve lean mass gains if taken as directed. Probably the best thing about it, though, is the taste. I've tried a huge range of supplements over the last 10 years and can safely say that USN have nailed the flavour aspect perfectly for me. I'm not a fan of chocolate or banana in general so I've only tried the strawberry but it really does taste great which is important when you need to consume quite a lot of it to achieve your bulking aims. In fact I liked the flavour so much that I've not bought anything else since, even though I've gone through several cutting phases and currently am just maintaining my weight - despite being advertised as a mass builder, you can just lower the serving size and use it however you want. By way of a personal endorsement I have just today ordered my 6th consecutive 4kg tub. Currently at £47.99 it's less than half the RRP price you'd pay at GNC or other high-street store which is a real bargain, working out at just under £12 per kilo.

Mixes easily in a shaker using milk and water. Be warned, it is not an isolate whey and gives quite a mighty calorific hit, so if you are trying to be deficit with calories two of these a day will equate to roughly 1200 calories. Flavour is excellent and if anything I tend you use one level scoop with a large rounded isolate, also from USN for a nutritious hit of protein creatine and amino acids. As with all USN products the quality is second to none.

I have been training for a number of years now and tried many different supplements. I gained a lot of muscle mass using this product without putting on any fat. I have a very clean diet so this is perfect for me. Carbs are underrated and are vital post workout. I split the servings and have 1.5 scoops in the morning with my eggs aswell as 1.5 scoops post workout. 3 scoops in one is too big IMO. You will notice results in 10 days - I was pumped. Since using this stuff I haven't bought any other product. Seriously this is the best supplement for building lean muscle on the market. BUT you have to eat clean....if you eat junk you will pile on the fat!

This is the best product that I have used to date. The price is about the most competitive I have found on the market and the 4kg container gives better value than buying the smaller 2kg tubs. The strawberry flavour isn't bad but I find that the chocolate flavour is the most tasty, and satisfying. Easy enough to get the powder well mixed in too. I have had results with this product.

Best protein mix I have had in a long while. I actually look forward to drinking a protein shake post workout now because of it (and that is with water). It is high in carbs but it is is a post workout drink and I have seen my muscle mass increase significantly whilst on this. I have tried other products (gold standard etc) but found this was the best in taste and in gains. I love this flavour and the raspberry (freebie of the raspberry inside this pack) . Had an issue with one tub and it was resolved.

I used to have usn whey protein 100%. I tried this anabolic one.. Bt usn whey is better than anabolic for me.. my weigh was 70 kg .Bt anabolic helped me to increase my weigh and also feel heavier to the body after having anabolic ...also to reduce the fatigue ,whey helps better than anabolic. . I normally take vanila flavour. As a matter of taste also , whey is better. ..whey is better as a protein suppliment. Anabolic is good as meal replacement and more carb. ..

I like this Protein and have it after every workout. I love the chocolate one but don't have the full 54g serving. i find that 40g of protein is enough for me, which is approx 112g in weight. (=40.32g of protein.)I like to spread my protein as evenly as possible throughout the day.

Es waren sogar Gummibärchen dabei und ich find den Shake einfach nur mega lecker. Ich hab damit mal leckere bananen pancakes gebacken die würden auch mega lecker.
