How do you use this product?

Hiya, super easy to use, I only need one press/pump of it onto the palm of my hand, (adult male says when he uses it, he’ll press down once plus a bit extra) with the other hand I just dampen my face with lukewarm water, I pat/rub the creamy foam all over my face, paying more attention to wherever I feel is needed eg. nose, forehead, chin,..rinsing as I go - it’s super easy to use, my skin is medically very sensitive so I was so relieved to find such an easy yet effective face wash, no dry patches, or itchy skin, cleans black heads etc away so easily! (Works on my Mums mature skin) it lasts for months and we’re on our second bottle. Hope this helps? Cheerio!

Has the packaging changed, this used to be in a white bottle

I believe they changed the packaging, and I read online that some ingredients also changed. I am afraid I don't know the answer, but I am joining the original poster's quest as I plan to re-order this product. I hope someone who recently purchased the new packaged item can answer soon.

What does it really do? Brightening? Does it suitable for oily and pore skin?

Its cleansing and moisturising. Suitable for all skin types but its a second cleanse, not a treatment product
