Q: is it a powder or a gel texture

The darker one on the left is like a gel, and the lighter colour on the right side is a powder for filling in. I recommend using a different brush, such as an angled eyebrow brush or an eyeshadow brush for the powder side though, as I found the bristles were quite hard on the brush that is provided :)

Q: Is this really by Rimmel becuse it says the manufacturer is coty beauty?

yes I'm sure it is rimmel, just an old item that isn't on most shelves anymore. If you search coty beauty, it shows that they are a company that sells brands, although I am not an expert in knowing whether things are fake or not. the brow kit is good, but I only use the shadow not the cream one, so was abit pointless for me :)

Q: How dark is the dark brown?

Hi it is very dark darker than coffee beans.Its suits my eye brows which are almost black .The wax bit is more darker than powder.
