Life changing stuff for those who have accepted defeat, in the war with skin!
The first lactic acid I have bought and i will never look back. This product was delivered very quickly. I did get an awful look from my postman as the Contents had started to leak from the lid and Royal Mail had to repack it in a bag and a box. Which absolutely stunk. Not to mention I lost a bit of liquid and could not read the label as the writing had peeled of, due to the wet bottle. despite all that, the product is excellent and for the price, this will last me a good 6 months. I used it as peel diluted with water so it was about 50% and left on for 2 mins. Second week I used undiluted also for 2 mins, always neutralising with baking soda and water solution before washing with cold water. My Skin goes slightly red and I moisture with a natural oil like castor oil or jojoba or avacado. Within the first two days my pores looked smaller and the blemishes became slightly darker ( as the became ready to peel away). The days that followed I would use a wet soft flannel with a natural oil, in small circles to exfoliate...The amount of dead skin that comes off! My skin looks brighter and blemishes are fading fast, im so impressed I have made a lactic lotion with natural oils too. I use castor, avacado, almond, jojoba oil and glycerine for 2/3rds of the bottle and then pour in lactic acid for the remainIng third. I also add In about 15 drops each of apple and cinnamon, Christmas spice and fig and cassis oils ( you can use your own mix of essential oils for your preferred fragrance- no citrus ones as these react with sunlight). It brightenes the whole body, fades stretch marks and scars and evens and softens skin and makes me smell like a cinnamon bubblegum! Do your research first and always use spf30 after your first lactic peel. Happy skin peeling people!

Awesome results on back after three uses!
I have lots of old tan on my skin from years ago that has resulted in what I like to call 'black back'. Literally, the skin on my stomach and back was a totally different colour to the rest of me and the skin was old and dead looking. I have been using kojic acid soap for a while which has helped with scarring on my back but not been strong enough to really lift the dead skin. A beautician I know who works with Asian skin told me I needed some acid to help me shed, and I did some research myself.I've used this a few times now and it is definitely making a difference. I use it neat, wiping it on with cotton pads and removing with pads that have been soaked in bicarb of soda and water combo.I accidentally got a bit on my nose, and it didn't take long at all for it to burn. When the scab came off skin underneath was fine but I would never apply it to my face without diluting it down a lot. It's so exciting to see the skin on my back now. I get a crick in my neck from straining to have a proper look at the rapidly improving back situation, and surely annoy my family immediately after a session, as I am lifting my top every 5 minutes and asking them to check how much its worked! This is a valuable tool in the arsenal, especially for Indo Pak skin, which is more prone to visible pigment issues, scarring, etc. It's so encouraging to see beautiful, shiny skin emerging from the darkness. It's like giving it a good clean, just with a bit of acid!

used on South Asian skin - cheap & effective for the price - but be very careful with this product
I have deep indented scars (acquired years ago). I wasn't able to get a TCA peel stronger than 15% (anything less than 20% is a waste of time for my scars).I intended to use this product as a deep TCA-like peel and it pretty much can work like a deep peel. If you do intend to use it the same way, what you will need to know:1. use it during winter - KEEP AWAY FROM THE SUN (even sun protections creams aren't enough of a buffer)2. It will take 3 days for the burnt skin to peel away and another 4 days or more for the skin to recover. However, by day 3 or 4 you can go out again and use make up without there being much sign of the peel (however, AVOID THE SUN).3. When you use it - get to the point when there's frosting (when the skin turns white (and feels funny) and then starts burning) is better than just having a semi-deep peel as that completely takes the skin off and then the new skin doesn't have dark scars and is of much better qualityIf you suffer hyper-pigmentation around the mouth area, be careful how you use it in those areas.I will post before and after pics, but i only tested so far on the far side of my cheeks. Will now try the front side o my cheeks. The parts where i did try it seem to have an improved appearance but will need to do a 2nd peel as the 1st peel didn't target the places i wanted.

Very good value--scary packaging though.
It didn't come in that pictured bottle. Rather a sketchy bottle with a warning lable on it that freaked out my roomate a bit.But the warning lable and serious chemical packaging is good from a safety point of view, as I do want people around the house to know not to mess with a corrosive acid. Very good value. I'm able to exfoliate my whole body as often as I want, and it's saved quite a bit of time.

This product works
So there seems not to a quite on how to use it . You want to use this with a body lotion or cream that does not contain cabomer(a thickening ingredient used in some cosmetic products). Check the Ingredient list.To dilute the strength do this :This lactic acid is 80% concentrated as is. So let’s dilute it some more to make it safe for topical use.80 /5=16% . This means that if you need a 16% lactic acid lotion , you need 1 part 80% lactic acid and 4 parts of body lotion.80/4 = 20% . This means that if you need a 20% lactic acid lotion , you need 1 part 80% lactic acid and 3 parts of body lotion.Be careful with this so as not to damage your skin. Always start from 10% upwards to see how your skin reacts and do a spot test first ie be demure ! lol!

Strong peel
This is a strong peel. I’ve mixed it with a few of my beauty products and it worked great. You do have to be careful though. I had to stop using it as it caused major striping of my hands. I may just need to use less. But, I’m pleased.
