Is it possible to replace the tungsten pole tips, mine are worn out

You can buy new rubber tips that have a metal inner but don’t think you can replace the actual tip.

Do they have a suspention system?

If you mean some kind of spring system going on, then No. But, that said I've hiked a lot and would be very fearful of any hiking stick that had a suspension system. I need my sticks to be solid. I need to be sure that they're rigid without flexibility. Personally speaking, I really do not see a need for a suspension system. Why would you want one.

Are these good for women? I'm 5'3.5".

They are fully adjustable. I'm 5'7" so they be fine for you at 5'3"

Are these suitable for a person weighing 250 pounds?

I weigh 200lbs and my biggest issue with trekking poles over the years has been with them slipping as input weight on them. These lock down super tight and I would think you would have no issues with them. They are carbon fiber which is very strong and extremely light weight.
