Always buy these but they lowered the dose to one capsule instead of two and it last longer, however they take longer to wofk but are amazing for menpause symptoms. There is no after taste and easy to swallow. Highly recommended.

Arrived quickly. The nutrient content of these maca root capsules are, calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin B's and amino aids, they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and does not contain gelatin. It is amazing the difference I've experienced since taking this product the past 4 weeks. Bought these capsules for menopausal symptoms (hot flashes and night sweats), fatigue, energy boost and memory. Have taken other brands of maca before but this is by far the best because they've addressed all my issues. I no longer experience any menopausal symptoms, I sleep better because my sleep is not being disturbed and don't wake feeling fatigued in the mornings. My memory and energy levels has also improved. I take two capsules every morning with breakfast or added to smoothies or juices. They are quality product, very effective and would definitely recommend them. Update: I have been taking these for a while and then they ran out and so I stopped ordering them as I felt fine. They were very effective when taken for relieving hormonal symptoms of hot flashes and night sweats. My memory, energy levels and sleeping had improved. The menopause is not a static state and hormone levels can fluctuate a lot. Some of my original symptoms are returning. There can be a number of reasons that can cause this to happen. One of the ways I'm trying to address this is to continue taking these capsules and have started ordering them again.

This powder is great for post menopausal symptoms and I was really encouraged, using a 1/4 tsp each morning with no side effects. Then for several weeks I had serious rhinitis that I couldn’t control, visiting the doctor, taking medication etc. Out of desperation I stopped maca powder and the symptoms had gone by the end of the day. Not blaming this product at all, its brilliant, but it didn’t suit me and sadly I had to stop taking it.

Im a 44yr old grandmother whose energy levels had dropped quite significantly during the lockdown as I had been self Isolating since March; before lockdown I was quite active and was in the gym 3x pw intensive weightlifting so not being able to go out or to the gym had an all round knock on my physical and mental health including my labido! So I decided to start taking Maca as I had done a few years ago and it didn't disappoint. By day 3 I had a lot more energy in and outside the bedroom (maybe a bit too much lol)! I felt more focused working from home and just more positive all round. Just drink them with a glass of water to aviod the aftertaste other than that this will be a staple vitamin from now on.

Taking these to enhance fertility and libido but I haven't yet felt the energy boost after a month. The libido is fine, didn't really help with the fertility as of yet.

Post menopausal woman, I had lost all libido due to painful s*x. Firstly to say that this product didn’t fix the pain - that was fixed through a number of things - pelvic relaxation stretches, applying local oestrogen and vaginal moisturiser and by using a set of vaginal dilators. But once I was ready to ‘get back on the saddle’, my get up and go had gone! This Maca root supplement brought that urge back. For what must be 5 years of not wanting s*x, my love life has finally returned and me and hubby are very happy!

I take Ashwaganda and Maca root at the recommended dosage every morning. This has only been for the past 3-4 days but I notice a drastic improvement in my energy levels. I have been more productive than I have in months. Sure, it's not always what I'm meant to be doing, but it's better than the state of total zombification I was experiencing prior and during depressive episodes. There have been some studies showing that this stuff can induce mania, particularly in bipolar sufferers, so please monitor your behaviour and make sure to see a doctor if you start exhibiting signs of mania. Aside from that, this stuff is truly amazing so far. Now it is early days, so we'll see how things look in a couple of weeks, but so far, excellent!

I have been taking these for a couple of months now to help with symptoms of peri menopause. I saw a video on YT where a Dr recommended them. I was moody, having trouble sleeping, had hot flushes and just generally had no energy. These have worked fantastically. I am sleeping again, hardly any hot flushes and I have my life back. Very happy and will continue to buy.

Hoffentlich verschwindet damit meine Frühjahsrmüdigkeit. Werde die Dosis nach und nach erhöhen. -Die Reklame im Internet zeigt sich sehr viel versprechend. Abwarten.

Es ist immer schwierig, irgendetwas zu bewerten, das mit dem physischen / psychischen Wohlbefinden zusammenhängt. Für dieses Produkt kann ich nach ein paar Tagen sagen, dass ich es zwei Tabletten pro Tag eingenommen habe, ich schien reaktiver und energischer zu sein. Nach ungefähr einer Woche hörte ich jedoch auf, zwei pro Tag zu nehmen, weil ich Schlafstörungen hatte. Mit nur einer Pille am Morgen habe ich genug Energie und Verlangen für den ganzen Tag. Alles in allem empfohlen für alle, die sich tagsüber nicht zu ängstlich oder müde fühlen, aber ohne die mathematische Gewissheit, dass es 100% funktioniert.

Auch nach Einnahme einer zweiten Dose voller Kapseln verspürte ich leider keinerlei Wirkung. Ich nehme jedoch bestimmte Medikamente ein, die dies veranlassen könnten. Die Kombination scheint nicht zu stimmen. Somit werde ich keine mehr bestellen.
