I purchased this heat lamp and it’s been a game changer for muscle tension and joint pain and also my ear infection. The lamp heats up quickly and provides deep, even warmth that feels therapeutic without getting uncomfortably hot. The adjustable angle makes it easy to target specific areas, and the sturdy base keeps it stable during use. After just a few sessions, I noticed real relief in my shoulders and lower back. The build quality feels premium, and it’s surprisingly quiet. Perfect for at-home relaxation or post-workout recovery — highly recommended! Only negative side is there is no switch on and off button on the lamp.

Easy to use however it very bad quality because after using it for few weeks when it decided to not work anymore. However I thought it’s worth a penny, good sizes, heater is on the perfect temperature but unfortunately somehow didn’t work for me long enough

Gives pain releif. Is warm. But you should not be going close enough to the lamp to get warmed up as infra red can damage you if you use it too close to your skin. The lamp gets very hot. Use with care. The plastic casing is heatproof but do not leave unattended. It does not come with instructions so it is important that you look up some trustworthy advice as to how to use how long for and at what distance to sit away from it. The lamp is excellent value for money and can also be used to kill off colds and flu with regular use. It arrived quickly and has become a regular thing for me. It improves skin tone when used properly. It provides temporary releif and touch free pain releif for muscle pain. Very easy to use. Plug in and go.

The bulb is quite good but the housing isn't safe. I have used it regularly last year for 2 weeks and then have just put it on again and the plastic melted, I was alerted by the smell of burning after 13 minutes(I had put a timer on) the plastic on the top of the shade had melted down o to the bulb. I would also add that it really was getting burning hot and it is difficult to move once you have finished. There is no off switch so it needs to be unplugged and the stand is not stable as a heavy large bulb is held in a lightweight plastic stand. I don't believe this should be sold as it is dangerous and deffective in it's design.

When I first wanted to try red light therapy I thought it'd be something that would break the bank, but this handy little lamp cost barely anything. Whilst it's hard to objectively assess if it's doing anything to my face, I can confirm I definitely feel rejuvenated after around 15 minutes under the lamp (just make sure you don't sit too close to it). This has become something I look forward to in my daily routine, as I will play music and relax during the red light therapy, I highly recommend!
