This infrared heat lamp is amazing absolute life saver !! I'm serverly disabled I broke my back in an accident and I'm in a wheelchair. I have a lot of shoulder pain from using the wheelchair and also j cant feel my left leg . The Beurer heat lamp at this il50 rating and av100% UV filter is so well made and easy to use it has a timer of 15 min that you can adjust to the time you want up to 15 min the units build quality is fantastic the unit does get hot but it has fans that are cooling it I just leave to cool before replacing in the box for storage . There are endless uses for the infrared it helps your skin tone as long as it has a 100% UV blocker like this model also help to relieve headaches and has many other uses I'm just reading a new book all about infrared treatments and uses so will update my review when I know more but honestly I bought this for my back and to keep circulation in my leg and it does exactly that and also for my face to help even skin tone and I'm so happy with my purchase it's great value for money as well .

I've been using this red light therapy device for a couple it months now, and overall I'm quite happy with the it, the lamp itself is light-weight and has 2 handles, making it easy to move around the house if you need to, you can also regulate the angle which it quite useful. The LED panel works smoothly and covers a good amount of surface area without feeling too bulky. They recommend to start slowly and increase time gradually, but I started with 15-minute sessions twice per week and gradually increased the frequency. In terms of results, I’ve noticed a better sleep quality from first use, visible improvement in skin texture and a slight reduction in acne in about two weeks. It also supports muscle recovery after workouts or if you have any soreness - for me it’s shoulder pain and red light + heat helped with this as well. If you are using it for your face/neck area- Eye protection is a must, but a pair of special goggles are included! I accidentally dropped my makeup bag on switched on device and thought It is ruined, cause a bit of it melted on the panel, but fortunately I managed to clean it with some warm water, screen spray and cloth, so the durability is amazing - it is still good after months of use even after the accident. After two uses it stopped working. Maybe a faulty unit. But when it did work, it was ok, bit awkward to position and it felt a bit flimsy. Returned for a refund.
