Dear Anne, Well, I didn't actually know, I just replaced Like for Like. However, not wanting to let you down I had a look on the Internet and found a very good site - 'allterraintyre.co.uk' which seems to explain your dilemma. The first figure is the size of the Tyre width and Side wall height in Inches, the second figure is the diameter of the wheel Rim, normally in inches but I suspect in your case mm then 100mm (101,6)= 4" Hope this helps, but if not have a look at that Website. If your old tyre is a 4.00/480 - 8 tyre it will fit. The size is molded in the sidewall. It's the most common size; some builders barrows have larger tyres. You need strong hands and fingers to fit the tyre onto the wheel, which of course you must remove from the barrow. To get the last part of the second side in place I had to lay the wheel down flat and tread on the tyre.

Would these be any good on put on a kids berg go kart

I bought this tyre and inner tube for a large wheel barrow, but if the size is right for the kart I am sure they would be fine

Can this tyre be used on a tubeless haemmerlin wheel barrow wheel.

Don't know what a haemmerlin wheel is. But the tyre and inner tube fitted my standard steel wheel as it has a hole for the inner tube to go through to enable the inner tube to be inflated. Hope. this helps.
