What is the use by date for these razors?

Mine have a date of 15/07/19 on the packet, but it is not stated as a use by date. I suspect that is the date of manufacture for tracking purposes. Not sure a use by' date is relevant in the context of a plastic and steel razor. They are not really degradable materials in the way natural or formulated materials would be.

Mine came in a re-sealable bag.

Are these best desposable razors ?

Try them would be my advice. I certainly prefer Wilkinson Sword disposables to Gillette or Bic, and the three blade to the two blade, but you might have a different opinion.
