What are the keys at the most top left hand corner used for?

These are the Memory Bank Keys. M1 to M3. Each Memory Bank key allows you to store a Macro or command, script or keyboard sequence to each of the G1 to G9 macro keys. That gives you a total of 27 assignments that you can programme using the LGS or GHUB software. The MR key is what you press to record a macro while you are in a game for example.

build quality of both G810 and G910? Good heavy feel to it?

It's a wonderful keyboard however it sometimes develop a double typing key stroke. This is due to rust on the romer-g switches. All Logitech microswitches suffer from this, from mouse to headsets. Nothing that a squirt of GT85 can't solve on the offending switch. I also love the smell it leaves.

Can you change the colours on each individual key?

Yes, you can configure each one's RGB values individually as well as the transparent G910 logo in the bottom left. You can also switch off the lights on individual keys to only highlight those relevant to the game you're playing.
