How can three boxes of 48 capsules deliver only 24 pods/servings?????

There are 3 boxes with 16 capsules in each. We’ve been using these for years and have always had 1 serving from each capsule. The serving size varies among the coffee “flavors” and some are small and you might want to use 2 capsules for a single serving.

Why can i get nescafe dolce gusto capsules shipped from the usa anymore?

At times, they are from the U.S. If the advert. says shipped from Amazon, then it's likely they're from the U.S. But remember that Dolce Gusto is a European (Nescafe)-based co.

What machine is compatible for this

It's compatible with a Dolce Gusto machine. I started with the Esparta (now Esparta ll). Nice look, and large water holders. Years later I replaced it with the Genio. It's has a smaller footprint that I was looking for, and still makes the excellent coffee that I love.
