Virginia Diner Zatarain's Spicy Cajun Peanuts are fresh, crunchy and salty and the spice is perfect.
Virginia Diner Zatarain's Spicy Cajun Peanuts are fresh, crunchy, salty and the right amount of spicy with hints of onion, garlic and paprika. Zatarain’s is a New Orleans tradition at our house.

Delicious
Very good tasting. Not too spicy like Old Bay nuts. I can’t believe how crunchy and fresh they are.

Would be better with less spice dust
I like peanuts, peanut butter, Reese's, and most things associated with peanuts. I found this can on Amazon, These peanuts are spicy, but not all that hot. Over time the heat builds, but it's a mild, warming heat more than a scorched desert heat. There is so much spice that my fingers end up covered with spice dust just like when I ate cheese puffs as a kid. The peanuts themselves taste fresh, have a nice crunch to them, and when you can taste them, have a nice flavor. I do think I would like them better with less spice. I've coughed more than a few times with the spice dust went down the wrong pipe, and while I like them, they have been relegated to a sometimes treat instead of the plain peanuts I eat more regularly. Zatarain's is a company I'm not overly familiar with as I live in the Pacific Northwest, but I think they make cajun foods. I'm not sure if this is supposed to taste cajun, but I enjoyed them. 5/5*

Love these things BUT DANG IT! They’re roughly 20 bucks a pound.

Good spiced peanut, but expensive!
Good spice profile, but not our favorite texture...seem a bit under-roasted
