Is the software btu so that it can be updated in uk

Hi I'm not sure what btu means and I'm not from the UK but it worked fine with my Irish sim and has been working well ever since I've gotten it(5 months ago)

Does this refurbished phone have a 1 year warranty

Sorry I don't know as it was bought brand new. I did buy an S8 refurbished and I think that had a 1 year guarantee. Sorry it was a while ago so not 100% sure.
