MCT oil by LLS Primal Energy is high quality stuff. It's almost like a miracle product for who need to do exercise regularly to lose/maintain weight, but are hindered from doing so because of fatigue and lack of energy. Take 1 to 3 tablespoons a day, and you'll have all the energy to achieve your goals. The active ingredients in this oil get to work immediately to burn fat and develop lean muscle whilst providing the energy to combat the fatigue from the previous days workouts. When taking this with a mug of coffee, the combined effects of the MCT oil and the coffee work synergistically to give me the mental and cognitive boost I need to study, learn, and retain information better, at work and whilst studying for my exams. Brain fog and lack of motivation to carrying out my tasks are now a thing of the past thanks to this incredible product.

Used in my morning coffee, it seems to keep me alert and hunger free through till lunch time(normally my first meal of the day). it appears to be high quality with no obvious taste, smell or colour. at the current price charged for this large bottle, it works out to be one of the better value mct oils available.

My 87 year old father has Alzheimer's and after doing some research discovered that MCT oil could possibly help with this disease. I have been giving this to him for 2 weeks and it has made such a big difference. It was like the light inside of him had been switched off. Suddenly he has come back to life. He seems to interact so much more with his surroundings and communicating and moving so much better. This oil is very good quality and he has had no side effects from it at all. It was so good that I thought I would try it. I had a tablespoon about an hour before going to the gym and I ran on the treadmill like I was on jet fuel. I felt like I could go on forever. The product was delivered well within time with no issues. As far as the product is concerned i bought it as i had read it was good to combine with cannabis oil for people/animals with cancer. Read it was good for energy etc., Well I tried it, i don't have cancer, my husband tried it, he does. and i gave it to my 15 year old collie who also had cancer. You do have to be a little careful with dosing as it can make you feel a bit 'unsettled' in the stomach at the recommended dose of 15ml, although didn't experience any lose motions or any other side effects. Unfortunately none of us appeared to feel ANY benefit at all. My dog has now unfortunately passed, but i'm keeping my husband on it, 'just in case'. Top and bottom, don't know if it has any positive effect, we haven't noticed any.

Once again an amazing product of the highest quality by my fave supplement company. I love this company's ethics and all they stand for and their products are a testament to them. This is great for enhancing the flavour of foods (try on sushi) and its use is so versatile. Coffee the 'bulletproof' way (gives THE most amazing edge to your energy levels), supporting ketosis, enhancing food flavours, add to protein smoothies, use as a base for dressings - it makes perfect mayo!!

First order didn't arrive due to courier problems. However when the product arrived in was happy with it. A nice size bottle which is lasting well. The product doesn't have a smell or taste which is nice and blends well in coffee and other things. Overall it does provide a nice energy boost when consumed in coffee and I would certainly buy again.

This is a very good quality product. I wanted to use it before I give my feedback. But make sure you start with a small dosage or you'll have stomach irritations. I use virgin coconut oil in my cooking and have been all my life so I thought my body is used to this but I had stomach aches taking a table spoon. I take a teaspoon now with food. My husband also said he is having extra energy after taking MCT and also helps with digesting and speeding your metabolism. Great if you are on a keto diet too. Would buy again.

I've tried quite a few different MCT oils over the last couple of years, and this is definitely the best value for money. Not all MCT oils are made the same, but they all taste fairly similar - an almost flavorless oil with a slightly creamy hint. Primal Energy Oil is one of the best, I'll definitely be repurchasing when my bottles finished. I first tried MCT oil in BULLETPROOF coffees with their own oils and now using LSS's MCT Oil I still use it for making coffees but I'll add it into my smoothies, blend it into freshly made juices (carrot & ginger is a winner + the oil helps you absorb more of the nutrients), add a tablespoon into scrambled eggs and as a salad dressing. You can get really creative with it. I've also had great communications with the guys over @ LSS who have been extremely helpful and open with all of my queries. I've recommended it to all of my who love their health!

I got this Oil because of the positive reviews and i am not disappointed. I was looking for something to push me up in the morning since i am a very lazy and slow person and came across MCT Oil. Researching here and there i decided to try this brand LLS PRIMAL. I took it in my morning MATE tea because i dont drink any coffee and woow energy + energy. I got all my stuff down, and couldnt stop not even after lunch the time when i love to get a "siesta", i had to stand up and clean my dishes!!! I am already in day 4 and loving it, i feel good, i have energy to do my normal stuff and i also had much more concentration on my home work. Oil tastes neutral and no smell at all. Yes its a pity that it comes in a plastic bottle but maybe in a future they ll do change this to a glass bottle. all in one i am very satisfied and ll for sure buy it again not only for me but to my son as well.

Era la prima volta da cliente Love Life Supplements, ne avevo solo sentito parlare online, e devo dire che mi sono trovato davvero bene con il vostro prodotto PRIMAL ENERGY MCT OIL. Il pacco e' arrivato ben imballato e sicuro. La bottiglia e' carina, un bel design minimale e soprattutto SCURA, caratteristica FONDAMENTALE, segno di serieta'. L olio MTC e' molto buono, lo uso per farmi il bulletproof coffee appena sveglio con caffe' e burro ghee, e davvero mi da molta energia e mi permette di fare un "mezzo-digiuno" quasi tutti i giorni. Ottimo anche crudo (ovviamente) su insalate e verdure. Qualita'/prezzo ottima. Assolutamente consigliato

Se nota la energía desde el primer momento y no sienta mal al estómago como sí otros MCT oil. Además es aceite puro de coco no añaden palma como es habitual en este tipo de aceites. Muy bueno. Como punto no tan bueno resaltaría que no es C8 puro sino mezclado con C10.

Ich wollte das Öl zur schnellen Energieverfügbarkeit, da ich Kohlehydrate eingeschränkt habe. Meinem Diabetes geht es dadurch besser, was sehr erfreulich ist. Ich habe nur noch Unterzuckerung, wenn ich vorher KH zu mir genommen habe und dann der schnelle ZuckerAbfall kommt. Eine Freundin, die den Geruch von Kokos absolut nicht leiden kann, ist sehr erfreut, jetzt bei mir "anständig" essen zu können. Ich habe jetzt für mich ausprobiert, das harte Kokosöl mit dem MCT 1:1 zu mischen - es verflüssigt sich komplett und lässt sich somit leichter dosieren. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Öl und dem Preis
