Miracle-Gro Lawn Food, 0, 100 m²

Our front lawn has never been very good even though I scarrify and rake it every year. the rear lawn has always done well without any weed and feed for some reason. I have tried weed and feed and grass seed on the front lawn before but it made no difference. As a last resort I tried some Miracle Grow last September not really expecting any difference, I was completely surprised by the outcome, in no time all the weeds had gone with bare patches where they had been, but in no time grass grew in the bare patches so I put minimal seed down after a few weeks. Now not only have I got a really great looking lawn at last but it is much, much greener. Like it says on the box it's a miracle.

Works well when used properly. After reading some reviews I was scared of burning my lawn so I did walk hastily when spreading it the first time, which to my surprise I had 3/4 left in the spreader when I should have none. I watered and gave it a day and after watching YouTube videos I managed to work out the pace at which I should walk and I re-applied. I watered it well and the grass did green up, thicken and seem a lot healthier. It did remove most of the weeds but the ones left were at the borders so it must have been due to my spreading.It does however (like it says on the packaging) prevent new grass seeds from germinating so you should keep that in mind when wanting to fix patches or overseed like I did. Overall I would definitely buy again.Update:I am beyond happy with the results. To my surprise, grass seeds which I had paid just a few weeks after application has germinated and is growing well. The lawn has thickened up significantly and no longer browns up after very short mowing. (I have been using a very old hover mower which we have had for over 10 years, the blade is warped and blunt yet the grass still holds up).I truly cannot recommend this product enough(Not sponsored but wish I was)First picture 7th AprilSecond picture 20th AprilThird picture 2nd May

Really good product and does a great job. Would have given this 5 star only for the delivery to take a lot longer than expected.

Was marked down as Monday delivery. Actually delivered Friday, without any tracking info and so we had no idea it had been delivered. Mind you neither had the neighbour two doors away whose front door it had been left in front of.Have used the product before so I know that it is good to use and with the attached applicator it is very easy to get into the right place, unlike the delivery.

I must admit.. I am very impressed by this item.. I have never used a lawn improver before and this was very well advertised and amazons price was very competitive.We live in a new build and I have sewn my own lawn from seed. After this very wet winter the lawn had become a little sparse and moss had taken over the rear of the lawn (the shady part)Now one month on, our lawn is thick, deep green and the large weeds appear to have slowly died.. Moss has receded but the clovers have held on.A second application looks likely but the packaging states a 3 month gap between applications.The packaging is clever and the feed is consistent just requires a gentle walk..We have a large garden and after one application still have a lot left.. Easily enough for two more applications.

Good product but not the pack illustrated on the Amazon order page.Amazon are currently promoting Miracle Gro Complete 4 in 1 covering 80m2 (2.8kg pack) @ £14.50, orMiracle Gro Evergreen Complete covering 100m2 (3.9kg pack) @ £15.98.These are fundamentally the sameproduct sold under different brand names so I selected the ‘Evergreen 100m2’ bigger pack at a higher price as better value for money, but still only received the ‘Complete 80m2’ pack instead…I overpaid due to product substitution.

We had turf laid last year in the late summer and it was so hot and sunny the first few days that it shrank and we were left with loads of bare spots and weeds.I overseeded part of the lawn, used a bit of lawn food last year and decided to take care of it the following year.So after winter the grass wasn't looking very good, it was full of weeds, yellow and patchy, so I mowed the lawn, gave it few days and applied this.I have a handy spreader from evergreen and I used half box of miracle gro 4 in 1 while walking at a fast pace.This is the result after just 4 days.Lawn is looking thick and it has a nice vibrant colour.I can't really give an opinion about the weeds as they are cut short and can't really see them.Make sure you sweep or quickly jet wash your lawn after application as it stains.I'm really glad I bought this. I'm sure after giving one more round of seeds the lawn will look amazing.

I really don’t understand people complaining about burnt lawns. Read the instructions. The black stuff is the moss it kills. If your lawn is full of moss don’t blame the product you buy to kill it when it kills it, really. Anyway killed almost all moss and weeds on surface. 3 weeks later some of those weed roots have new shoots. Have enough left for another treatment in October once new grass established. The process from treating, scarifying, waiting, overseeding and full stunning new lawn was about 6-7 weeks. So if you do it with eyes open knowing it’s going to look a mess for a while but the end result is worth it then it’s a very cheap way of getting a healthy lawn again.
