To anyone who uses this product but find it harsh on the skin, you must put Vaseline on after the retinol. I am able to use the retinol every night if I wish. I put it on after cleansing. Leave it for ten minutes. Gently wipe my face with damp cloth to remove excess. Then apply Vaseline balm all over face. My face is so soft and smooth and radiant each morning. The retinol does its job and the Vaseline protects. The perfect combination

Only used it once (last night). Ordered more of Thier products off the main website which should come today. I've had bad acne that flared up and wouldn't go down, it just kept spreading. I put this on last night and ready the angry red lumps have flattened and nothing has popped up when I woke up like it had been for theast five weeks.I didn't expect this to touch my acne at all. I'm 30 years old and since having my son four years ago, my skin is doing some strange things and already I have high hopes this brand will help me. A difference and a huge one at that in just one use.Would recommend.

Very smelly.

Fast shipping, great product. My face is much smoother and more hydrated. I dunno if it makes a lasting difference like my hylauronic acid cream does, but unlike the hylauronic acid it doesn't sting and at all, glides on smoothly, and feels really nice on my skin. I do wish it had more of the active ingredient, though. 2% is just too low to do anything significant to reverse sun damage and signs of aging. That's probably why it doesn't sting when applied. Still, great hydration!

I was a little suspicious of this product when it arrived as it didn't come in the original packaging and arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside an envelope. It also had stickers covering the original bottle. However the formulas appeared to be very similar to a bottle I already had open so I gave it a go. I use this product to treat acne which had worked well for 2 years but this bottle made my skin worse. I broke out in the worst acne I have had for years so I'm not sure if this is a genuine product and I have stopped using it. I bought another bottle from my usual site and my acne has now cleared up again. I would be interested to hear what the sellers explanation is for there not being original packaging as it seems the same has happened to other buyers. I definitely do not recommend buying this product from this seller.

Absolutely love this product. Been using it for a few months now and have had lots of people ask recently what I’ve had done to make my complexion more radiant. Im in my 40s and still have quite bad hormonal breakouts. Plus doing night shift work has had its effect on my face. I have very sensitive skin and I was very dubious about trying this product. After lots of research and a patch test I went ahead and starting using this product. The first week I had a couple of minor breakouts and only used it every other night after cleaning, before bed. I read that retinol takes some time to have any noticeable affects and that your skin needs time to get accustomed. Start on a low percentage and build up to a stronger concentration.I have to say I’m impressed. It’s not a 24 hr miracle serum but after some months of use people are actually noticing a difference and asking what use or what I’ve had done.I will continue to use and will definitely purchase more.
