You look like you got a great night sleep or good s*x, I swear !
Amazing ! Someone told me the very first time I used it that I looked amazing, I swear to god, I did notice the difference instantly.Ok i easily get pimples, so I have one here and there sometimes but it’s well worth it I thought I ‘d get more considering that it’s a bit thick, i can never use any rich moisturizer or I break out, so anti aging skincare is not for me, but this one is fine. It’s a miracle cream, you don’t look tired anymore. You don’t have to put your fingers in the moisturizer, which is grzat, love the packaging, I didn’t get that right away, my son showed it to me lol.Nowadays we really have access to real anti aging skincare and very affordable.I am very glad to find out it’s cruelty free, very important.I like amazon uk a lot.Ps : gives me acne I don’t use it anymore, too bad it was amazing at first.

Brilliant cream, shame about the excessive packaging, because of this won't buy again.
This cream has made my hands look absolutely beautiful. I have sensitive skin and it hasn't irritated me at all. There is a big problem though, the excessive amount of plastic packaging. Given where we are at with climate change, this needs to be addressed ASAP.If the packaging is reduced I will certainly buy again, many times.

Good but not perfect.
This product came well packaged. The press down top keeps the product clean but I prefer a normal screw on lid. This product did not irritate my skin as some retinol products might, and I use it around my eye area no problems. I haven't used it long enough to see any difference. I only use this at night but I don't find it moisturising enough, even though my skin isn't dry. I feel I have to use two 'pumps' of it to cover my face and neck because of this, though for the modest price you can't complain. If it makes a difference I would buy again but I could be tempted to find a more moisturising product.

5 stars
I have been using this cream 5 nights a week for 6 weeks now and in that time have definitely noticed a difference, as have others. I've seriously lost count of the compliments I'm getting on my skin at the moment. I have a facial skin analysis programme and in the 6 weeks of using this cream, my skin analysis programme has reduced the age of my skin by 4 years. As an added benefit, I had recently started to suffer from spots despite being in my thirties but this cream has significantly reduced that too. I still haven't reached the end of the pot but when I do, I will definitely repurchase. I'm not sure if it really does have 2.5% retinol or if my skin is just not particularly sensitive but I didn't have too many side effects despite starting at 5 nights a week. I use 2 pumps of cream for my face and neck. I may consider a higher strength retinol like tretinion at some point in the future but for now, this is perfect. As a side note, anyone not seeing results from a retinol, please make sure you're using it at night time only due to retinol degrading in sunlight.

Good cream
The packaging is nice, the dispenser lid is awesome. Just lightly press in and the cream comes out the indentation on the top. Really brilliant for adding a little vitamin C serum, and mixing it on the top then applying it.Cream is light and easily absorbed. No skin reactions yet and I have very sensitive and dry skin. I will update my review once I've been using the cream for a few months, fingers crossed for some reduction in fine lines. This cream can be applied under suncream without any problems so you can help your skin recover from signs of aging as well as preventing ageing!Update- I've been using this product 10 days and I did have a reaction, some dry skin and peeling, redness and soreness. I used a aqueous cream to sooth the soreness. Today I have woken up and my skin is a bit better, it has a healthy glow! I took before photos so I will give it some more weeks and do a comparison.

Great long term middle aged ladies
I've used retinol for years, I'm a trained beautician and skin care expert. Please be aware retinol is a product you need to use long term to see results about a year. It probably won't make a difference in your 20's. It is originally an spot treatment so youngsters yes it will help with bad spots hence the peeling you may get but for people mid 30,s plus. It is a miracle product with time. I'm 43 I've used retinol since my late 30,s and have no more wrinkles or fine lines since then many people say gosh are you really in your 40's!? So please don't give up. Older ladies use and don't stop I too use after micro derm treatment only in last year an the results are truely amazing. But if you buy one pot an see no difference its simple you won't ! Like I say change comes after about a year of use. Keep using it if you stop then there was zero point in buying it ! It has a high retinol % which is fab as for the jojoba oil etc I buy that seperatly for use under eyes ( great for bags etc) and on lips. If your young prob not the cream for you unless you have serious spot issues.hope this helps .

Want dry, flaking, peeling, tight, rough skin? This’ll do the trick!
I used this initially, it felt fine, bought two more pots. After about three months I noticed my cheeks were becoming quite rough, like very fine sandpaper. My forehead felt tight and hard, like a bad sunburn would. Then my eyes went crepey and swollen on the upper lids. Instead of normal set eyes, I now had Lauren Bacall heavy hooded eyelids! Not my look of choice. Also above my top lip, up to my nose, felt swollen and went numb, very dry and peeling, felt like it would split. I saw the doctor, and she put me on a very plain emollient cream, which took almost two weeks to clear up my skin. Using it many MANY times a day, cleaning with it, and using overnight. Awful experience. It, and the new one, then went in the bin as I wouldn’t give the unopened one to anyone I know. Heaven knows what is really in it, I’ve never had a reaction like this in my life.

Retinol Cream Small
I liked this product but found the packaging actually makes it seem like there's a lot but the actual amount in the bottle is very little compared to other retinol cream that have lasted me half a year- a whole year. I've tried skincare cosmetics and it smells great and has a light cream application. Still going to have a look at essence of arcadia. This wasn't a bad cream but I just think that unless your buying a knockoff (which might/might not work) there's an economic factor that isn't hitting the mark.

My acne prone, sensitive skin loves this stuff!
Let me start by saying I paid regular price for this. I'm usually a little hesitant to purchase something that has a lot of "discounted purchase" positive reviews because I have been duped in the past. But I bought it anyway based on the ingredients (which I will talk about). I have been using this for about 3 weeks and am in love with it!You really need to look at the ingredients on skin care, not the claims on the front. I feel like most skin care products start with water, add some fillers, a little "active ingredient," then more inactive ingredients, that are at best unnecessary, and at worst they counter the active ingredient or even irritate your skin. What drew me to this product was that the main ingredient is aloe vera, which is really good for the skin. It's also got oils that are good for the skin, as well as vitamins, and extracts, and more. Its chock full of skin loving ingredients... it's not just retinol in some water with chemicals and fillers. Every ingredient has a purpose and there is nothing unnecessary, such as fragrance. Now, just because the ingredients look great, doesn't automatically mean the product will work. But this one does what it claims. I don't know about lines and wrinkles (I'm 30), but my skin concern is acne. I found that (for MY skin) focusing on keeping my skin clean and healthy works much better than medicated products marketed toward acne. I have found that after three weeks of using this, my redness and dark acne marks are fading. I've noticed that my clogged pores are slowly unclogging, or at least they are now to the point I can manually extract them with my fingers without having to press too hard. (I had been using an expensive salicylic acid "clear pore" treatment every day for 3 months prior to this and it didn't do a thing to loosen them up!) And I have had not a single new pimple since using this cream.I have sensitive skin, in the way that I get breakouts or irritation from certain cheap products, like anything Loreal brand. But I'm just fine putting 100% tea tree oil or lemon juice on my skin without irritation. I started off using this just a tiny bit of this at night. After I had no reaction, I increased it. Now I apply a generous amount morning and night after cleansing with Micellar water and these two products are all I need to keep my skin clean and healthy. For my skin, less is more and the more I put on the worse my skin reacts. I'm excited to have a skincare regimen with two products and my skin has never looked better. The only negative that's not really not even negative I'd have to say is that I did experience a little slight dryness from it at first, but I just exfoliate with a microfiber cloth and water to gently brush off the dry skin. I had read that dry was normal when starting retinol. And everybody mentions the dispenser, which was not a selling point for me, but I do really love it. For some reason it's so much easier to push down and there's the product, rather than unscrew a lid and dip your finger in. Sounds silly, but it is a time saver. The jar looks nice on my bathroom counter, too. I will continue to purchase this product and recommend it to anybody.UPDATE: One jar lasted me about two months, using a pump in the morning and a pump at night. I just ordered more. My skin looks so good! I'm so excited! I just want to be clear that this product is not the cure for acne, it only helps the skin's healing process. I take probiotics and drink lots of water to keep my skin healthy from the inside and prevent the acne. But this product has done wonders to help fade the scars and keep my skin hydrated, healthy, and glowing.UPDATE #2: The second jar I received, the pump dispenser doesn't work. So, I guess it is hit or miss according to the other reviews. Also, after two months of using it, I had to decrease the amount I was using in the morning. I was finding that my skin was getting very oily half way through the day, which is something that's never happened to me before. I've always had dry skin. So now in the morning I rub a very little bit on my fingers and pat it into my face, rather than slathering it on and letting it soak in. I still really like this cream. My skin is looking better and better.
