Great value tablets from a known UK brand, and without iron which is difficult to find as most include it. They do smell a bit eggy but a basic google search would tell you that Vitamin B1 compounds react with air and produce a sulphury smell. This is particularly noticeable on these tablets as there's no sugary coating on them to stop the smell from seeping out. There's nowt wrong with them though, if you're that sensitive to the smell then hold your nose!

Aside from the horrible smell, the product really does the job. I got it for my teenager, and there’s been a noticeable improvement in his energy levels. Overall, it works well even if the scent isn’t great.

The tablets have a really strong smell which I couldn’t get past. Because of that I ended up giving them to my father instead. He’s been using them and says he likes them and has no issues. Seem fine quality wise, just be aware of the smell.

Have haemochromatosis so these are perfect. Good price too.

For the reviews complaining about the foul smell of the vitamins. I can confirm that I have not had this problem. The vitamins smell normal and there is no pungent, foul smell. I also buy the Evening Primrose and have for sometime and have never experienced foul smells coming from any of theses products. Both products are of high quality and work very well.

Note: This review is for the 60 caps version WITHOUT iron (which is the main reason I bought these). The sealed lid on the top of my bottle was unsealed when I opened mine. I was either sent a customer return (unlikely) or there's a distinct lack of QC in the factory when sealing them - not what you want with something you ingest tbh! I was going to count the pills to make sure 60 were there but… the stench! The smell is, as others have said, absolutely pungent. It's not a faint odour. Think sewage, rotten eggs, and must. Worse, they taste as bad as they smell — AND it lingers. The tablet was been on my tongue for barely a second but man, I was tasting it for a ages after. Another thing to mention: the NRV% of each vitamin and mineral is not listed on the product page (at the time I write this). But the wording of everything led me to assume it'd be higher. Annoying, a few things are <25% - great if you get those vitamins elsewhere, not so good if you're lacking in them to start with, which is why you're seeking out a supplement. The fact some are so low is presumably why the company has chosen not to list them out in the open... Add in the fact this uses magnesium oxide (a poorly absorbed form of magnesium and shown in studies to hinder the absorption of other things taken alongside it) even less of those low amounts will be absorbed. Whether the open seal, smell, and disappointment in value resulted in the bad stomach pain and cramping I had after taking them, I can't say - but I've taken one every day since getting them and that's what I've experienced each time. Kicks in about 10 minutes after swallowing. I'll persevere for a few more days in hope it's unrelated, but even once done I won't be reordering.

Great for what I needed and not bad for the price! Are quite large, so if your one of those who struggle with taking tablets, these may not be for you.
