The item itself I give 5 stars as I have bought these several times and would recommend them to all buyers. But I'm giving it the 1 star due to the delivery ! On this order and another that was the same delivery day and time BOTH of my orders were marked with { if not in the selection for what to do is } and on both orders I selected 'leave the parcel behind wheelie bin' as I have no garden and my bins are very easy to spot as you come to my house to make the delivery. Instead both parcels were simply left on my doorstep to get wet and one of them having the joy of bird droppings on it ! Despite that the item I ordered was fine and still usable, despite the delivery woes, I can only hope this low review may get the seller to have a word with Amazon about thier delivery drivers, who at this time seem to be essentially lazy no matter what we tick for a secondary delivery spot like inside a shed or in my case selected to left behind my wheelie bins !

I should have listened to my instincts when I opened them to find blue tablets. I was desperate for something to help me so ignored the niggles on ingredients to make them such a colour. This company is so well known and popular I took for granted that they wouldn't use bad ingredients. I only took them 4 times. First of all the pills are HUGE. They say on the box that they are easy to swallow. Yes, if you have a throat like a whale. I had to cut them in half and even with plenty of water they were going down scraping the inside of my throat because they were still big. Within minutes of taking them, my stomach felt bubbly, fizzy, a few sharp pains which almost had me doubled but it only last about a minute of two. Felt sick and even dry wretched in response. Still, I stupidly took them a further 3 times to give them chance but each time I took them, I had the same reaction. Throughout the 4 days, I developed an unsettled stomach with a burning feeling but not even Gaviscon etc could settle it down. It was a constant gnawing, burning feeling of something not right in my stomach. God knows what it has done to the lining of my stomach. My sleep also became worse than normal. Restless and unsettled sleep. Heart palpitations and generally not a great feeling. I looked at ingredients and wished I'd not ignored my instincts. Full of E numbers and other questionable ingredients. It also has the poorest form of magnesium in these pills. It has magnesium oxide. This does not obsorb well in in to your body and is basically pointless taking. Other companies use better types of magnesium. They also use a poor form of vitamin B12 as well. For such a well known company, I'd have thought they'd known this that a bunch of E numbers, poor forms of vits and mins aren't going to do anybody any good. But they probably do and it's all about the money. If I were you, avoid, research and go for a company that uses little E numbers, other binders/fillers and make sure they use the better forms of vits/mins. You may have to pay extra but it's your health we are talking about here and pumping it with further dodgy ingredients from these pills are not doing you any favours. I'm just glad I stopped after 4 days but can't help feeling worried going by what they done to me in just 4 days. I normally avoid pills from doctors and shops because of my concerns over ingredients but decided to ignore all that on this occasion. Obviously my body's reaction over these last 4 days tells me everything I need to know and that I'm right to be cautious.

I recently ordered Centrum Advance Multivitamin Tablets through Amazon and unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the product received. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the lid of the container had a yellowish tint, which was rather concerning. Additionally, the tablets themselves appeared to be inconsistent compared to those I have previously purchased from high street sellers. Furthermore, there was a noticeable unpleasant odour emanating from the product.

I have switched to Naturelo after researching how multi vitamins are made and what different companies put into them. Much happier with Naturelo I confess and would not buy Centrum again.

Great product good price

The reason I can only give this product 2 stars as I'm really not sure they do anything at all that is beneficial to me. yes they list all these vitamins etc. But do we really need them and do they work as I felt no different while using this product for a few months. in fact, sometimes it's not a good thing to over do vitamins. So with the above in mind I won't recommend them against talking to your GP if you have concerns about your health. They come in a well packaged bottle that clearly explains what's in each tablet.
