Works well but too expensive
I wasn't sure if one package would be enough for one cake (24cm diameter, 5cm high). But it worked well - you can roll it out pretty thinly. Only the price of roughly $16 dollars, including taxes, is kind of absurd. Next time, I will try self-made fondant using marshmallows.

Beautiful color!
Was able to make over 190 little flowers (using a silicone mold about .75” in diameter) with 1 bag of this fondant. The color was perfect as well.

Not a true pea green
The pictures look like a yellow shade of green like real peas. This fondant is bright Christmas green when taken out of packaging. It tastes okay and it works well, just not the color I needed.

We can decorate a cake like professionals all thanks to Confect.
I loved the shade, it rolls out smoothly and it can be very easily handled. Sweetness is on the lower side but that’s good as we don’t like too sweet fondant. I’m very happy with it. Please never discontinue this product.

Perfect fondant for Indian weather
This is a very good product perfectly suited for Indian weather. The fondant is stable in high humidity and is easy to work. Rolling out the fondant was quite easy and the colors are bright. Taste: it's as good as you can expect fondant to be. The surprise gift was a nice touch! I'll definitely be buying again.
