Great bit of kit. Good as very quiet compared to lots of others good for kids and pets, cuts easy good on my beard. This is not made to be something you use every day as the build quality is not the best but for the price is great I will use it very infrequently by the time it breaks I'll just buy a new one.

My wife has used once to cut my hair on a no 2 (numerous other size guards come as standard) and it worked very well, with smooth action and no pulling on my hair. It was also two weeks ago when she cut my hair and it has kept a good shape, with no bits sticking out or looking uneven, which was happening a lot with previous shears and my wife was a professional hairdresser, so it isn’t lack of skill which was causing this. Would recommend.

I purchased this item mainly because it was cheap. So I feel guilty writing this review considering you get what you pay for. This clipper is from a well known brand I have owned a few Men’s grooming items from the brand . It’s light weight, comes with several different guards which is very ideal. It worked fine for 2 hair cuts I gave my boys. Then once I was trimming my beard which isn’t that long or thick, the clipper started giving in, it would either slow down, or stop and needed a cleaning with the brush provided at least twice during grooming my beard. I thought buying a corded compared to cordless would give it more power but I must say it does not have the power you expect and the cord is just “annoying” specially when you try to line up your jaw line when sorting your beard. For future notes to myself,I will steer clear from corded clippers and higher expectations with a cheaper item even from a known brand. I hope this review helps others.

Reçue et essayée aujourd'hui: elle est parfaite. Moins bruyante que mes deux précédentes tondeuses de marque, bien moins chère et plus facile d'utilisation. Le tout pour un tout petit prix. Certes le câble est un peu gênant mais mes deux précédentes tondeuses à batterie sont toutes les deux tombées en panne au bout de 6 ans car la batterie ne chargeait plus. Je n'aurai au moins pas ce problème avec celle-ci. Le levier de réglage est très utile et permet de couper la barbe également entre environ 1 et 3mm.

After 3 years of using this device I would say it totally worth it for the price. I saved hundreds of Euros by just cutting my hair and my son's hair using this and I'm not even trained for that. this one is easy you look a few youtube videos and use this device. After 3 years now I'm thinking about something more powerful. honestly I don't know if the power decreased overtime or it was like this, still totally works fine but I'm more experienced now and I want to switch. :)
