What are the measurements?

I do not know as this was bought as a present for someone else.

Does this work on an electric hob?

It’s supposed to work on all hobs , though I moved house with an induction and it’s rubbish. Best thing ever on gas so hopefully electric would be the same !

Is this ok in a pizza oven at 400C/700F ?

Regarding the temp yes… but adding pizza on the grilled pan? I am not sure if this is a good idea.

Is this pan compatible with induction hobs? I need an answer from the manufacturer or someone already using it on one. Thanks.

Yes, I have an induction hob and it works well
