Quality Convenience
The quality of the faucet matches the price. Great for installing where you need to refill water glasses often far fromthe kitchen. Ours is near the pool. Fills glasses, water bottles and pitchers. Comes with fittings to match most plumbing options. I used it on a 1/4 inch filtered line that feeds an icemaker.

Defective
This faucet leaked from the spout as soon as it was installed and we had no choice but to throw it out. Terrible quality - even had it worked, the plastic pieces were very flimsy and would not have held up in our restaurant environment.

Bordeline Commercial Grade
The media could not be loaded. Daily use over the long term will tell the tail on this borderline commercial grade glass filler. I ordered it specifically so that I can send my 5 year old to get her own water. This solves that issue. There is no marking on the unit or certification in box to the grade of stainless. It is made in China so it is anyone's guess. But it is stainless, and it is quite heavy for its size. The die work on the pipe is 9/10 - there was one dinged thread that fought the threads of the brass lock nut. The escutcheon is a piece of solid stainless, not stamped steel. It is threaded to receive the pipe and create a tight, secure fit to your counter or our case, a cheap builder quality dual basin sink. The solid rubber bushing that fits inside is a nice touch. Most of us in the USA will use the included 1/2" NPT to 3/8" COMP chrome adapter to run to your water filter/cold water supply. Another nice feature that the manufacturer included this adapter.Since the pipe is tall, a decent moment is created when you push a cup against the fill lever. A solid base will lessen the movement, compared to our install. So far, no leaks at the threads under the sink to the adapter, 90 degree joint at the top of the unit, top flow adjustment screw/lock nut, or aerator. I will be keeping my eye on them all, especially under the sink for a few weeks before I can sleep soundly.I have 4 stars for sturdiness, as the plastic push lever appears to be the weak point. There is decent lateral wobble on the through bolt connecting it to the unit. A set of very small electronics washers may take out the wobble and add longevity to the part, which I doubt is able to be procured from the company if it breaks. Not sure if it is a standard size fill lever. If it lasts a year, that is 5 times per day I do not need to fill a 5 years old glass. At ten seconds per glass, that is over 5 hours per year I can commit to something else. Like, these reviews :)This review is current as of 12-1-23 and will be updated regardless of if my rating changes. Long terms reviews are where its at.

Professional look
We got the 9 inch tall model. It is a good size for our needs. It appears well built as it has weight to it. It is not made of plastic. It does have a control set screw to help control the pressure of the water. So if you are using shallow glasses, you can make sure the pressure is no too strong where it will splatter water. You can adjust it a little so it flows nicely. If you use taller glasses, you can set it for higher pressure, which seems to fill a little faster too. The resistance on the blue lever is good. We were expecting something stuff, like in a commercial setting. IT is not that stiff. That works well in home settings. It stops the moment you release the lever. It does not have a run-on like some other units do. It stops the flow right away so you don’t get spills having a trickle stream happening a few seconds after stopping. That is a big plus.Install is easy. It comes with attachments to fit most standard setups. We opted to mount it right next to our sink, right through the counter top. It is pointed at the sink so the water will not go on the counter. This way allows us to use larger pitchers if we need to because we can just angle the pitcher in the sink so we effectively gain height to the filler opening. We didn’t have an opening on the sink lip as they are used, so this method works great.I recommend this for anyone needing an easy to install filler.

Impresive build quality. Perfect addition to stainles kitchen sink.
Thr berkey was becoming a pain, and the water wasn't great, so I got this and a large multistage under sink water filter. The water taste is a million times better, and best of all the flow is finally good. This will fill a glass with clean water in 1/4th the time it takes a berkey or refrigerator tap to fill it. That alone is worth it. Especially if you have a dog and do frequent water bowl refills. You'll be happy you got this. It looks really good too. Excellent build quality. That one reviewer, who complained about a leak, probaby had the flow valve lose. After setting flow, you have to tighten the nut down. Zero leaks on mine. It was tricky to install in my sink, because I had no room to fit a tool in to tighten it on the under side. I wish it came with some kind of long tightening tool. I was able to hand tighten from the bottom and then turn the top for the final tightening. Worked well enough for me. If you trigger the valve with a hand, instead of a glass, the water can splash a little near the stem and eventually make the counter wet. I wish it aimed a little further out toward the sink to avoid that, but it's not an issue when triggered with a glass. Enjoy.
