What does 're-stickable' mean?

Do not be mistaken it has nothing to do with the actual sealant. It is the reference being use to indicate that the container it comes in can be resealed by the screw top cap

Would this work with a sealant gun that takes 310ml or 400ml cartridges?

I am not going to be very helpful but the cartridge is 274g. it would fit into a standard cartridge gun OK.

Could this be used around pvc windows?

Yes it can be. Sealed my bath and looks great.

Is this suitable for sealing plastic and metal together

Yes it will be able to fill the gaps between plastic and metal surfaces and will prevent any leakages, but it shouldn't be used as a substitute for glue to hold them together.
