Love these cake tins

Best pans I have ever used cakes do not stick so come out very clean. these pans are used by the professionals no complaints, and I can tell they will last a long time

A good quality cake pan which is not lined with a non-stick coating
Cake baked evenly. Nice to find a pan which is not non-stick. I lined it with grease proof paper to be on the safe side. Not sure whether this as strictly necessary or not.

Perfectly straight sides for a more professional looking layer cake
Bought these as I wanted to up my game in my hobby baking, I wanted to make a layer cake with straighter sides than the usual shop bought tins make. I bought the 3 inch deep ones to start and couldnโt get the batter to cook through properly despite lowering the oven temp, baking for longer and using cake strips! Made the decision to buy the 2 inch tins and make more layers. These tins are perfect and Iโve nailed the cake! I use a 6oz mix per tin and they make about 1.5 inch cooked layers. Ordered the 6 inch tins also to attempt a tiered cake. I do line both the bottom and sides of the tin.

Great tins but Not dishwasher safe
Love my tins. But do not put in the dishwasher. I put one of mine on and now itโs all flat and a funny colour. I would worry that the metal would wear off now. Thankfully I had two so will just use the other one.
