Good book. It has caused me to think about many aspects of the business. I haven't finished it yet but it seems to be an objective view of the business. This is definitely a good place to start to get an understanding. I would also suggest tracking a couple of trucks on Twitter and definitely visiting some to get an even better idea of how they work. Also some videos on youtube.

This book is great if you're considering a food truck of some sort. It is extremely detailed in explaining the necessary steps for opening your own business. This will help you think of things you had not considered in your journey such as expenses, materials, marketing, and competition. Good luck!

The idea of book how to manage the business of food cart and to increase selling strategies the book no coloured pictures . START UP series is nice for business starting give some resources and info about the business they titled they have many collection but didn't find it on amazon. one star less they don't show how designs of food carts are they .

The book gives a good overview about the different topics around starting a food truck business, however misses one of the most important parts as I think which is about benchmark data like how much of food you are typically able to sell, how much needs to be thrown away etc.

Well planned book with good font size and format. Clear and concise with diagrams and pointers. Easy to read and provided lots of insights. Must read for all those who are looking to start a food truck business!

Based on the American market so didn't feel it was so relevant to Europe - some quite interesting case studies but also nothing really gobsmackingly informative. Disappointed with the business plan section
