Low carb and delicious!
This is very good! Carb-conscious, I've been missing pizza for a while, so I dared try this. It was surprisingly good, had good texture and 'held up' as a crust. Easy to make, also. I've already ordered more!

Easy to make
I had been buying keto frozen pizzas, which are basically like eating cardboard. This pizza dough was easy to make, and tasted decent. Maybe a little dry. Next time I’ll mix it better. The dough doesn’t have a lot of taste, so maybe I’ll try seasoning it. I made an 11” pizza just spreading it out with my hands. Didn’t bother with a rolling pin. Overall this dough is a good starting point to make a pizza.

Low Carb Pizza Dough
This pizza dough pack was shockingly tiny!! I wasn't expecting a tub or anything but definitely a larger pack than what it is, which is why I knocked it down by one. Forming the dough was a breeze, and I mean super easy and it was so easy to work with. The rising of the crust was perfect and the texture was completely on point! To say, because of how this literally functions and tastes like normal pizza dough, but without the carbs, I will definitely continue to get more!

Adding Active Yeast is Worth It! (nod to PurpleMartins)
Thank you, PurpleMartins! I happened to have ordered some pizza yeast at the same time so I followed the suggestion in PurpleMartins' review and warmed the water to 110 F and put a half packet of active yeast and a coffee-service sugar packet I had on hand that seemed like it was about a teaspoon. I let it sit while I chopped some onion and then proceeded per the instructions but with the yeast-water. I don't know what it's like without the yeast since this was my first time trying it, but it was good. It didn't taste like Papa John's, but it had the same softness and certainly didn't taste "low carb" per se. It fits the bill as an option to still have Pizza & Movie Nights while eating better. I might try putting it in the oven and pre-baking it a little before putting the sauce and toppings on I tend to lay those on thick, which can leave the top side of the dough less done than the bottom.

I had a life-changing pizza and needed to write a review!
I never write Amazon reviews, but I just had a life-changing pizza using this mix, so I guess I have to write something. I've been on a keto diet for about 2 months now, and one of the biggest things I've been craving has been pizza. Given how strict I am with carb-counting, I didn't even give myself any kind of cheat day since I thought that would lead to a slippery slope of regressing into bad eating habits. I found this while looking for some keto snacks, and most of the other reviews said that this was a great dough mix. They were NOT kidding! It was immensely easy to make (although mixing the dough in a stand mixer on a dough hook didn't go well. There isn't enough dough to have the hook grab and work the dough, so after a minute of failing to get it working, I opted to knead it by hand), and while I was surprised that it hardly changed size while resting, it definitely was workable to get a nice sized pie out of it. The flavor and texture of the crust was pretty moist and bread-like, but it had a bit of a chew to it! I wasn't able to get a good color on the bottom, but I blame myself way more then I would blame the mix for that. I'll also say that the dough definitely thickened up in the oven (since I was worried this might be a thin crust pizza once it finished baking, thankfully it was not!) Three pieces of this pizza were about 10 carbs, which means I'm still sticking to my daily allowance, so I'm happy with the carb content they have in this. I'll also say that the price isn't bad either considering it's a decent sized pizza dough that you could load up with whatever. I definitely want to stock my pantry with more of these mixes now that I've had a transcendent experience with this pizza.

Really awful
This dough was terrible. It fell apart like soggy particle board and - once baked - had the texture and taste of a biscuit from McDonald's. I would almost go so far as to say it was disgusting, but not necessarily in a gut-wrenching way. Just really awful.

We can enjoy pizza again!
**Update** 12/29/24--Still using this, improving the taste each time. I add a tsp of dried Instant yeast or any yeast into the 1/2 cup of water + 1 tbsp of water, I heat the water to under 110 degrees, add a tsp of real sugar (the yeast will consume it), let it proof a bit, add Italian seasoning and a little of (Nutritional Yeast to the mix-- optional) to give it more of a yeast proof dough taste).Add a little melted butter with garlic powder on the edges after adding toppings to the crust--really adds more flavor! It tastes really close to real pizza crust and I am a regular buyer of the 3 pack--I keep it on hand for those easy meal nights and my 10 yr old still loves it! **We're on keto and this is a great treat to have! I'm a repeat buyer, I buy the 3 pack so I can have this on hand. My suggestion to anyone buying this is to use warm water and add a little nutritional yeast for more of a the yeast taste like a regular pizza crust has. It is not exact but it is close, the texture is almost there, but not almond flour crumbly texture. No complaints other than it is expensive for what it is, but if I had a recipe close to this I'd make it; this is easy to do! Quick dinner option. My 10 yr old loves it and you can say he's picky and knows what real pizza tastes like. lol

Texture, quantity, price…not great
The texture is dry and it does not make more than a 6 inch thin pizza per bag at the most. Price ridiculous. Taste not bad

Not entirely worth it - super small bag
This was OK but not worth the effort or the price. It was nice to have a doughy moment but it's the tiniest bag and only gets you 1 pizza (for 2 ppl). I laughed when I got it, didn't realize it would have been so small.

Size not worth the price.
It tastes ok but the price for just one pizza leaves a bad pepperoni taste in my mouth. Not worth the price.
