I'll admit that I am not familiar with this, but I wanted to try it out. So far I've tried the mushrooms and I really liked them. I've been experimenting with Korean food and most of it I find to be delicious. The one-meal mention is slightly deceiving since you also need rice with it. You add the contents of a package on top of your rice, cook and mix. It's basically flavoring your rice. This comes in a small box with 5 different packages. The picture in the description makes it look a bit bigger than it is. There are easy to follow cooking directions on the box written in Korean as well as in English. This product has a nice shelf life. It is good for two years after I received it.
