UNMERA Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set,Natural Linen & Coconut Fiber Filling

I do not have enough words to describe the blessing this acupressure set has been to me. I am not giving medical advice, just my personal experience. I suffered from headaches and dizziness for over a year. I saw many doctors and had many tests. Everything always came up clear, no result or diagnosis. I saw this on Amazon and thought I’ll give it a try. I wish I had tried this in the very beginning! Almost immediately, the neck pillow gave me pain relief and helped with my headache. After a few uses, my headaches and dizziness are rare nowadays and I just use it because it feels good. I also have lower back problems and it truly provides relief. I even use it when I am riding on long trips. The travel storage bag makes it so convenient. Also, I have lower spine pain at the bottom of my spinal column. When it is in pain, I sit on this and it lifts my spine from sitting directly on it and provides immediate relief. The mats have sharp points obviously but it is weird, to touch you think yeah I’m not using that but when you actually put it under your neck, back or bottom you actually feel it for a few seconds but then you start feeling the relief. I very highly recommend this, so much so that I bought one for my brother. I recommend to anyone who has pain, headaches or dizziness to try this. The price for this set is inexpensive and so worth purchasing. I feel like a new person, like I got my old self back and I am so happy I found this.

This is the real deal. High quality and does what it's supposed to do. When my back hurts or my hips hurt I lay on this and within 10 minutes the pain is gone. This is especially helpful when I wake up at night in pain, I use it and then I'm able to get right back to sleep.

Love this mat. I was debating between this and shakti but for my first mat I didn’t want to dump a bunch of money. When I lay on this I get such a good reset of my nervous system. If you struggle with anxiety racing thoughts or muscle soreness I def recommend this.

Ive had this product for years sitting in a drawer in our guest room. I never used it. Completely forgot about it until I was packing a week ago. I got it out of the bag last night and laid on it and felt like instant relief??? I laid on it for a few minutes and felt so good after!! I had been feeling horrible too (sick and super busy/stressful day) ... well today I developed a migraine so I thought hmm may as well try this acupressure mat .. even if it only gives a little relief. After laying on it for about 5 minutes my migraine WENT AWAY.... like to almost nothing. It came back about 40 mins later but I laid on the mat again and it went away AGAIN.... Never in my life have I been able to relieve a migraine other than heavy pain meds. I am blown away.

Absolutely love this set. The pillow comes in handy for neck pain and overall the items are high quality and help reduce with my neck and back pain. I go for acupuncture and this is a nice option to have at home in between sessions. I’m using this daily and finding relief as well as relaxation.

The acupressure mat and pillow really help ease muscle tension by targeting key pressure points. After just a few minutes, I feel more relaxed and less tight in my back and neck. It’s a bit intense at first, but definitely effective with regular use.

This Mat is not working for me, so my grandson got it and he actually loves it. He’s really happy with the Mat.

I love this mat. The points are harder than other brands which is what I wanted. Looks nice and is well made. Could be a little bigger though.

Bought for husband after he used one whilst away. It relieves tired muscles after exercise. He uses it before settling down to sleep, does aid with sleeping so he says.
