It is a good product, although I do find the narrow rails keep falling off, but can work around this. Dries thick clothes in around 4 hours - and also provides some heat to the room!

If you are thinking of getting one of these I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. The fixtures and fittings are of a cheap nature and don't fit well at all. The curtain itself is also a cheap by design fault and easily rips. The mounting for the heater can easily buckle at the weight of a pair of socks. You need the touch of a Neuro surgeon not to bend one of the hanging rods. 0 out of 10 for this product

Easy to assemble, sturdy, easy to move around as it has wheels, dry a full load in around 3hrs. Looks nice, like a small wardrobe, folds up easily too, the dryer part is noisy but less than a traditional tumble dryer, we use it upstairs so that's not a problem. No more wet washing hanging around for days, best buy for us, be taking it to the caravan with us as its fully portable. Recommend.

Looks good, does the job ok. Would have liked top rods to be lower and more secure. As there isn’t much gap between the top rods and the top of the cover it would be better if the rods were more secure in their clips. When I put clothing over them they move easily out of location area. Just need to be very careful. Better than I thought. I was wary about drying socks pants etc, but generally they can be hung over the rods, and socks the same, some secured with the hangers supplied with pegs hanging down. Dried my clothes that were half dry from drying outside in 4 hours. The last time, I left the flap open and used indoor heating, plus 2 hours heating.

Very delicate parts, needs to handle very softly, otherwise it will collapse. Not satisfied with the covering, very thin nylon/polyester Blue cloth. Zips fitting came out broken while fitting, they were not stitched properly. I had to stitch back two of them with my own thread and needle. Drier machine (electric part) does not get switched off by pressing its switch or by remote, but just stops warming and fan works even after switch off . So Have to switch off at mains plug. Covering's top hole protector rings (5 Nos) got detached and I had to fit them back. Thin and delicate Zips - will not last more than 6 months.

Received this item and started to assemble it reading each stage of the instructions and pretty glad that it assembled easy until I got to stage 10 where it mentioned the wheels, it was at that stage that I realized that there was a wrong way and a right way?? I had not noticed as there were so small the holes for the four fittings the four castors until item 10 which was the very last of the instructions that I had assembled the base the wrong way and had the castors sticking out to the side, instead of to the ground. So I had to dismantle the base insert the castors into the holes and then reassemble the base the right way. The base can be assembled two wats both look good but only one is right. Other than that it was quite successful. Perhaps when idiots assemble the tower a mention is made right at the beginning of the instructions to look for the holes and place them correctly.. I would mention that one of the horizontal bars had a dign in it but still fitted so we just carried on.

Extremely poor quality. Difficult to assemble, poles bent easily, cover ripped before got to use it, a zip fell off it and the plastic “protective” rings around the air vents also fell off. Returned before a single use.

Amazing and works as intended, saved my clothes as i live in a flat with no dryer and no space to add one! Its true it also heats your room too! The other reviews are true it is a bit annyoing having to re add the polls in the base Also you have to think carefully about what clothes go in the dryer first So its amazing as long as you don't over load it
