It is great. Looks a lot better than the oem screen that comes with the q50. The only downside is that android auto would not work wireless but wired works perfect. Apple carplay works instantly wired and wireless. I have contacted customer service and they do not respond it has been the only issue so far.

Way better than what I was expecting. This is make your car feel new, fixing what this car lacks which is an overall quality infotainment system. I had zero issues so far and I’m 3 weeks in. I recently Added a sim which makes it better so I don’t have to hook up hotspot every time I want to watch YouTube. You don’t need it if you plan on using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. I don’t recommend using those because the on board apps and better and faster anyway. I highly recommend getting one of these for your car especially if you drive daily like I do. Instillation was really easy especially for someone that didn’t want to installing it themselves like me. It only took for 3 hours. Better than spending $300 to get it put in. Watch some videos and you’ll be good. There’s really no wrong way on installing it. I give it a 9.5/10 the only thing that bothers me is sometimes the on board voice commands with stop your music because I guess it thought you wanted to say something. That can get annoying but other than that it’s been great

OMG. where has this product been hiding. This is by far the best improvement to my 2018 Q60. Install was relatively straightforward thanks to YouTube. You do need to be a little tech savvy to get the initial setting just right … but after that … wireless Apple Car play and mobile Hotspot both working perfectly. It’s basically a huge Android tablet for your Q. This seller was great and responded to inquiries promptly. Fit is perfect to the car and looks awesome. I brought my car into my local Infiniti dealer and the service guys were blown away. A +++

I see alot of people complaining about this screen, but every issue I've had was fixed with the updates on the AuCar website. Just like everything else we use, Phones, Tablets and etc you keep up with the updates your device runs smooth. I highly recommend the MK6, make sure you pick up the warranty. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
