Good value for money, having to take one capsule is much better than others who need you to take two capsules each day.

Great value omega-3, but the capsules are quite large
These are a solid choice if you want a straightforward, UK-made omega-3 supplement at a good price. You get 180 capsules (about a 6-month supply), plus a little vitamin E. I’ve found them easy to take daily, and they’ve slotted into my routine without any issues. I also appreciate that they’re gluten-free and come in resealable packaging. Overall, excellent value for money and a convenient daily omega-3.

Easy to swallow & no aftertaste
I've used these Omega fish oil capsules for a while now. I'm a few bags in now. I like that they're bagged to be able to fit through a letter box so I don't need to be home. The capsules themselves are pretty big bit once you get used to them they're fairly easy to swallow. I take them with my breakfast & don't get any fishyness & they don't repeat on me thankfully! Not sure how much they work but I'll be continuing with them as per advice from my fertility doc & can't really fault them.
