Lets break this down.
I want to say first that I spend a minimum of 10 hrs a day in my boots, and its not uncommon for me to wear them for 12 and sometimes even 14 hours. My review may relate to some people working these long shifts and not as much to others so keep that in mind.I want to start by saying the appearance of the boot looks really nice, it's not glossy at all, nor is it flashy in any way; no "bling" or exotic colors. This boot seemed sturdy enough in the ankle and the material seemed to be quite durable however I never got around to testing just how waterproof it actually is.Across the boot, I found various stray threads that could later lead to problematic or structural issues.I also feel as if the boot laces were too thin or light duty in my opinion. So light, that I would highly recommend you pick up a replacement set along with your purchase. You will probably need to replace them in a few months. The weight of the boot was decent, not too heavy and also not too light; I liked this. Also I felt the steel toe cup was oversized a bit, making it much more comfortable then most boots in this category. So why the 2 star review? My biggest issue with this boot was the comfort level. After only a few hours into my shift I started developing hot spots on my heal and the ball of the foot. The inside of the boot is hard around the sole of the boot. The sole is also glued on and not stitched at all.The boot insert or cushion was way too thin for 10 hour shift work. I picked up some new "anti fatigue" inserts from timberland and it helped a lot. That's when I discovered my next biggest issue. The inside of the boot was shaped in a way that allowed my foot to shift ever so slightly, this created massive hot spots on the bottom of my feet.I came back the next day with thicker socks to add even more padding and to take up the slack in the boot and still I had severe burning on the bottom of my feet and pain in my legs that I never experienced before with other brands.I tried a few other combinations using the original padding, aftermarket Padding, pulling laces tighter, different socks, etc.The boot was for sure the right size but the inside shape just allows the boot to shift too much.I was in so much pain in my legs and feet nearing the end of the work week I had to miss a day of work.I literally could not even get a normal shoe on my foot.I expect much better from a $200 boot.** Also as a added bonus, This boot is not made in Canada, it's made in China!I contacted amazon and set up the return. We all have different shaped feet so your experience may not mirror mine but keep it in mind, depending on your shift, you might be stuck in these for long period of time.Hope you enjoyed the review.

These by far are the most comfortable work boots I’ve bought I’ve had the pro timbs and those are great shoes but these ones are feather light be still steel toe and my feet are comfortable as hell on them . They are a bit too pricey but I got what I paid for .

Sizing chart is incorrect.
I bought these boots for work and they are far from the most comfortable boots I'll ever wear. I usually take a 10.5US boot size. I used NATS sizing chart and by their measurement, I'm a size 10US. The boots hurt my toes. I'm on my feet all day and need good boots. I tried them and now I'm out over 200 dollars. I don't recommend them at all or if you do buy them, go up a half size. Now I have a 200+ dollar pair of boots that I cant wear and cant return.

Weird issues?
First off, they are comfortable. mostly. Issue with them is I ordered 9.5wide. I got 9.5. They are wide in the heel area, but narrow(ish) in the toes. But not in the way one would expect. My bit toe fits fine just inside the protective cap, where it should, with about 1/2 inch space infront. The pinkie toe on the other hand, is squased up against the side of the boot, behind (NOT under) the protective cap area, pushing the boot out. I mean I have been only wearing them inside for an hour or so now, but I feel this is going to be a huge issue later, when they have had a chance to break in. And this is not the only issue. The heel of the foot flops around and boot does not stay secure at ankle/heel area at all, I almost feel like I can slide them on and off like loafers.Sadly, being that they are 'sold' as 9.5 wide, and I was either sent a misslabled pair (Just 9.5) and thier wide is.. not what I would expect (or maybe they mean wide in heel? which would be a new thing for new mutant hoove-feet?) or they sent me the wrong pair anyways(which still ahs the strange loose-heel area)I mean for nearly 300dollars u would expect they would fit (My feet are size 9, but I wanted a little extra room for socks, etc, so went 1/2 size up, and being that only wide was offered, and my feet are just on the very edge of 'wide' I took the risk. I should not have.)I cannot recommend these boots for anyone sadly, decent enough build, and seem nice enough, but I just cannot see them being comfortable (OR safe, cosnidering the loose/floppy ankle/heel area) so I am going to send them back and hope I can find another pair.

Pricey but worth every penny.
Very soft metrial and flexible, does not hert my feet, and I don't have to break in my new boots. I got a 1/2 a size bigger, but I have to were a thicker work sock, it keeps my feet warm and I slide in and out of my new boots with easy.

Good boots for interior work.
They are good boots. Took a few days to break in just like any other but they are super comfy after that. I do interior railings so I crouch a lot on stairs and they have been holding up very well. I will purchase again after these ones wear out.
