How do I find my perfect fit in the MEGIN shoes?

Size up half a size for the very best feel. Measure your foot in cm and match it to the Nordic Lifting size chart; most lifters find the snug, locked-in fit makes every single training session noticeably more stable, safer, and confidently grounded.

How does the elevated heel improve my lifts?

The 1.4" heel lets you squat deeper, stay far more upright, and take real pressure off your knees and lower back — a genuine game-changer, especially if limited ankle mobility has ever held back your overall lifting performance and confidence levels.

Are these shoes a great option for wide or flat feet?

Absolutely! The roomy toe box fits wide and flat feet comfortably, and the velcro strap lets you dial in a perfectly secure, custom feel — making these a consistently top-rated favourite among passionate lifters of all foot shapes, widths, and sizes.

What exercises can I use these shoes for?

Designed for squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and overhead presses. The high-traction, non-slip sole keeps you firmly planted on mats, platforms, and gym floors so you can stay completely focused on crushing every single lift you step up to attempt.

How well do these hold up over time with regular training?

Very well; most lifters report theirs still look and perform like new after months of consistent, heavy training. And if anything ever does come up, Nordic Lifting's support team is always nearby and known for making it right.
