I'm in love with this rake! Really! I am almost 5'8 and needed a longer rake that was narrow enough to fit between my shrubs. This great rake arrived, not flimsy, it is sturdy and strong, the nibs did not bend or break after many hours of raking and is very light, not heavy but got through heavy mixtures of leaves with broken little limbs or rocks. I may have banged it or abused it a bit since my anger over raking my neighbors leaves from his giant ficus tree infuriates me, but it's been over 20 years of our song and dance, unless I buy a fence it looks like this rake is it!! I used this rake for over 6 hours and wasn't hurting afterwards at all!! No kidding! I do need one that is narrower, maybe just 4 teeth but, I haven't found that one yet. This baby is right by front door for now, it helps me get rid of any anger or tension to rake and I am trying to get the message through to anyone else who lives with me that they too can use the magic rake and should!

I've been looking for a metal tongue rake for a several months, not really liking any that I saw at Big Box home improvement stores. I chose this rake because of the ability to make the handle long or short and I'm very glad that I did. With all sections attached you can really reach underneath bushes to pull out the rubbish. For quick raking in the yard, removing one or two sections makes it very easy to handle. The tongs are strong and do a great job of pulling lots of leaves dirt and other debris without leaving much behind. All in all, this is simply a very well made rake.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I went through the reviews of other rakes and read comments about the handle unscrewing while using. This one did not have those two rows so I selected this one. I needed the take to take out the dead grass in the lawn which required deeper/firm raking. This rake worked great and is well made, the tines are strong and rake well through the grass. The handle stays together. I did tighten one of the connections once after a lot of heavy raking. I like the long handle.

Really like this rake because it works to remove vines with a light design, long handle and quite durable. Very easy to use with an adjustable handle over 5ft. Functions like a light rake but won't be able to handle heavy jobs.

Perfect for getting into tight areas and close to shrubs.

This a well made light weight rake for cleaning my flower beds and tight spots in my yard. Just exactly what I needed. The extended handle makes it easy to reach out without straightening my back. Perfect 👍 for my needs.

Very happy with this purchase. Rake is exactly the right size to work in my perennial garden without breaking or damaging the young plants. I love the fact that the handle is very long when all the pieces are added, and can also be used as a short hand rake, when they are removed. Used it all morning, and pleased. Would recommend.

The size of the rake head is misrepresented in the photos. Not much bigger than a hand span.
