great product. I with the slices were a bit bigger instead of the small shavings but the flavor is spot on and no sugar. Great product.

I was on the fence about biltong after the pricing and this is maybe even a bit premium than usual but it's so good. But after my first bite I've seen the light. I'll never go back to regular jerky. The flavor is ridiculous and I love how the heat creeps up. It's hard to stop eating this. Had 4 pieces and I'm back on here to order another flavor.

I really loved the texture of this Biltong. I ordered the Peri Peri flavor and while very good it could use a teeny bit more salt. I am by no means a salt fiend (I rarely salt anything), but this was lacking in flavor to me. I would order it again in hopes that I will get a more flavorful bag next time.

Had really high hopes for this product as I had read an article online that it was one of the healthiest and tastiest jerky on the market. It has a flavor reminiscent of shoe leather and the texture close to same. I wish I hadn't ordered an entire pound of this putrid jerky. i can't even give this stuff away at work. Valuable and expensive lesson learned.

If you're in it for the macros and the protein, this is the best choice on the market. But Biltong is NOT exactly jerky. It's yummy, but at the same time it's still a bit of an acquired taste. The Peri Peri flavor is (in my opinion) a bit more approachable than the original flavor for those with a more western palate. Chuck it in the fridge, work your way through it an ounce at a time. It really does work at adding flavor and body to sandwiches, salads, soups and whatever. Especially the little bits at the bottom of the bag. I don't swear by the stuff or live off it, but it's the best at doing what it does. Easy 5 stars.

Misleading there is no peri peri flavoring but a decent jerky

This is my 2nd bag of biltong from these guys. Both taste good, however, the meat itself is very stringy/shredded, dry, powdery. Nothing like the clean chewy slices they show in the pictures. It's like someone took dry jerky and pulsed it in a food processor or something. I thought I may have got a bad batch in the first one, so ordered a 2nd ... nope, same thing. Bummer, because I really wanted to like it, but as it is, I'll look elsewhere. edit: Wanted to let everyone know that this was bad batch. Seller sent me a replacement bag that was much more as expected. Clean chunks, not all crumbled up. good product, will buy again!

Open the bad and then ate half of the bag in less then 10 minutes. look down and im like i really need to put this away. Move it acrross the room and next thing i know the bag is gone.. Damn i want more. Wish it was a little lower in price. But man for the quality and the taste of the product. Hands down best jerky i have ever eaten before. The best part is you can taste every seasoning in the product its just meat and salt
