Tonnino Olive Oil Yellowfin Tuna Fillets, FAD-Free Wild-Caught, 6.7 oz 6pk

Oh man. I didnt realize until i looked through my order history, but ive now bought 13 of these 6-packs of the Yellowfin in Olive Oil. This is my favorite brand, probably the best quality and best tasting tuna out there. I prefer these to the canned version. The size is perfect and provides plenty for a single meal, and the texture is great too, firm fillets. A bit expensive, but worth the money.

This is premium Tuna. I use it ONLY as a meal atop a bean salad to add protein. Amazon prices on this is better or comparative to your chain grocery store. Keep checking both sources foe the best price, but Amazon usually wins.

I bought two boxes of Tonnino Tuna from Amazon when I thought I was ordering two jars from Amazon Prime (obviously didn’t look too closely at the price). Now I’m almost halfway through the second box. Best tuna you can buy. Great in a tuna salad, but also a fine substitute for fresh tuna, as in a Nicoise. Very fresh; great taste

Hands down, this is the BEST, meatiest, canned/jarred tuna on the market! PLEASE don't use it to make your mother's mayo and pickle relish tuna salad!!! It comes in huge "sticks" and although I've never succeeded in getting them out of the jar entirely whole, these are big, delicious CHUNKS worthy of shining on their own (warm them on top at the last minute) of your best pasta and parm. Or plated in a Salad Nicoise with boiled potatoes, lightly cooked fresh green beans, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes and a great vinegarette. AND little black olives (Nicoise) if possible! When I'm feeling very self indulgent a very favorite combination is with white canellini beans, chopped onions, maybe celery, certainly pitted Kalamata olives, extra nice tomato pieces, some fresh basil, a little garlic and dress with balsamic and your best drizzling olive oil with some flakes of parmesan. Sometimes I add a small jar of marinated artichoke hearts. This Mediterranean version is SO HEALTHY, and you will NEVER feel deprived when this tuna is on your plate. AND, buying it by the case from Amazon saves a huge amount over your grocery store -- if they even carry it.

Pricey but superb product. I was a little edgy about the reviews that cited loose lids on the jars. All the ones I received were sealed tightly. Made an excellent tuna salad

The product is great if I was to change anything for me only less salt would be needed and it’s not overly salted, but it’s very good. I mix it with my salad and I go for the protein that’s important for me. I do like the fact also that is in jars. I prefer jars over plastic or metal.

I love the Tonnino Ventresca tuna, but it’s become prohibitively expensive, so I’ve bought the tasty yellowfin a few times. More than once, it came leaking olive oil, so I’d given up ordering, but decided to try once more; I’m glad that I did! This order was packaged perfectly, with tremendous care; I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this vendor again.

Well worth the price. This is a top notch product, try it you will not be disappointed. As for price, well it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for.
