Charger is also a battery maintainer and seems well designed and built. 24V only!
I have a Jazzy 600 power chair. It is evidently a 2007 model which we bought used from an individual who no longer needed it. It has a built-in charger but I have been unable to find specifications for it. Judging from the age of the chair, its charger is probably the "trickle" type which will over-charge the battery if the charger is left plugged in. Since I just replaced the batteries I wanted a charger that is a charger plus battery tender, a more-recent design which monitors the battery voltage and adds charge only when needed. This 24Volt charger has an XLR cable which connects to the jack under the hand control. It took quite a while to find information about the pinout of the charger's XLR plug, but it turned out to be correct for our power chair and leaving the built-in charger wiring in place (but not plugging it in at the wall) is OK. I can't speak for the long-term durability of the charger but it appears to function properly and well made.

Compatible with Zip’r Lite Transport Chair
Bought this for my dad’s Zip’r Lite Transport Chair. Works amazingly well. Much better than the charger that came with the chair.

Stopped working
This kind of a product always makes me wish they had a zero star rating. It has a 30-day warranty for returns, and absolutely stopped working at about 45 days. I loved it in the beginning but then my wheelchair batteries started running down quickly. After a quick run-through of possibilities I looked at the charging lights. None of them light up anymore. There are four stages of charging and no lights ever come on. The charger makes a sound for about 5 to 10 minutes but no lights. Then it quits doing anything. Goes to absolute silence and the batteries don't charge. Very poor product and very disappointing.

Fast charging but one slight issue
Very powerful and charges the battery quickly. It does not lock out the scooter from being used however when it's plugged in as I thought it would so that's why it's only getting 4 stars. Good quality for the price however.

this is a very good charger---I think that it will be a better charger than what I have gotten in the past.

Unocho 24V Battery Charger
I own a one-year-old $3,100. Pride ZT10 mobility scooter and the accompanying charger already burned out. I looked at buying a matching charger like the one that came with the scooter but the list price here was $159. So I bought this one instead. I plugged the device into the wall and flicked on the switch a red light turned on at the opposite end of the unit. The instructions for hooking it up to a mobility scooter are vague, to say the least, The scooter plug has three male prongs. After I plugged it into the scooter receptacle a row of green lights started flashing in sequence from the small right end of a long arrow traveling left toward the red power light. After six hours four of the lights finally turned solid green and stayed that way except for the last green light next to the red power-on light which was still blinking I was crossing my fingers it would stop blinking eventually because the instructions didn't tell you if that's normal or what so I left it plugged in overnight and hoped for a good turn out, Well in the morning that last light was finally a solid green. I made a loud sigh of relief and turned on the scooter it was completely charged so I took it out for a spin and spent the whole day out shopping and cruising around it stayed charged all the way up. When I got home I hooked it up once more the two closest lights to the red light started flashing right away meaning the battery charge was down a bit. It's been four hours now and all the green lights are on steady again no blinking! According to the manufacturer if the charger is left plugged in it trickles power and can not overload the batteries so I'm leaving it plugged in. It doesn't say car or scooter let's just hope that's the correct specs for all batteries. For the money, it's a great purchase don't hesitate to to buy it. I also bought the insurance policy for two years @$4.99 It never hurts to back things up these days just in case it burns out I'll get a replacement.

True smart charger
Without exaggeration, this the best charger for the wheelchair batteries. It is a smart charger and charges almost twice as fast as the OEM because of its higher amp. It does not heat up because unlike others, it has a continuous fan which shuts down when it is almost charged. No heat buildup, no damage to battery or electronic components. It has leds to show the status of the charging, and as a smart charger it delivers the optimum amperage at any time which is good for any battery. I would buy this again.

Works great!
Works great! I have a no name scooter with 75 watt batteries and a three pronged plug. Made sure I had the proper specifications. from my old charger. Make sure you plug it in to scooter first and then power and turn it on. Flashing lights are on the bottom near the scooter plug cord location. Do not expect to see them on the top of the charger!
