My 5 yo daughter loves these and they work! They truly look like cute little turtles swimming in the water. Great option for a kid who wants a pet turtle but the parent doesn't.

I got these for my kids for Christmas. It is by far their favorite bath toy. The movement is quite realistic! It's fun for me to watch too. They lasted for about 4 months and then stopped working. I didn't attempt to check the batteries. I will be repurchasing more in the future. It also makes a fantastic gift at birthday parties.

Very cute, but very tiny. I got them for my golden retriever in our pool, but they are far too small; he could easily swallow them and they contain batteries that would be harmful to ingest. In fact, I would be hesitant to have them around small children.

These are an absolute thrill at bathtime, my kids are delighted every time they start moving. They last for quite a while, and have held up to lots of tub time!

I bought two and one stopped working almost immediately. Good durability otherwise. Does not swim, just moves arms

We ordered a tiny pool for our cats off of Amazon, because one really loves experimenting with what happens when she puts things in water, and she is very intrigued by bathroom water adventures... so we found a pool made to the scale of cats, for cats... and the two floating foam toys in it are okay, but these turtles move on their own, and my youngest went nuts for attacking these little guys, she really likes biting their heads? I'd say maybe be engaged and playing with your cat some, or at least keep an eye on them while they're playing, like with any child... but it was a hit for my water-curious cat! (Battery life seemed really good to me, honestly! I still bought a backup pack and a tiny screwdriver for these and the swimming fish, since I knew they'd be seeing lots of use.)

I received these two turtles. Only 1 was opened and it was almost impossible to remove the wrapping. I was so disappointed not only in size but in over all operation. It did not crawl on bare floor. This product is also way over priced for what you get! I am returning thru Amazon.

My 5yo Granddaughter LOVED these turtles. She even named them. I really like that at a touch, you can change the speed in which their little flippers move. She swims with them, she has fun at bath time with them. I was definitely the best gifter this bday!
