I got nice necklace same as shown

Damaged product received

One necklace is broken. Beads and stones have fallen out as well from both the necklaces. Below average quality metal used. Not at all recommended. I missed to go through the previous reviews of people with similar experience. Poor packaging caused these damages it seems, the product was just sent in a blue paper box, with no outer packing.
