Good one. Soft enough for toddler.
The mat is quite soft which helps the baby to crawl. Good texture and pictures. Area is also good for baby to play.

I have been using this mat for exactly 3 months now. However, it has now started disintegrating as I have shared in my pictures. May be will now have to replace after a month or so..

Neither very good nor very bad
The mattress/sheet whatever you say is not up to the mark as expected. I will recommend to go with tile piece sheet option.
