I tried Magnesium Glycinate but didn't finish the bottle because it made me so tooty...this Magnesium Citrate was recommended because it's supposed to help with falling asleep. I don't notice anything with it. Doesn't make me gassy, yet also does nothing to help me fall asleep. Yet, I read that taking a magnesium supplement can help with depression over an 8-week period, so I'll continue to take it

This is a great magnesium form. My doc told me to take magnesium citrate. He said with magnesium dioxide, your body doesn't absorb it as well. I had worked in the health food industry for many years. I know with magnesium, you take half as much as compared to calcium. Magnesium also helps with bowel movement. If you are constipated, take several to get you going, then back off if you start getting diarrhea. Great product, great price. I repurchase from this company.

This was the first product I tried for magnesium citrate and it worked! I followed directions, took 2 capsules daily and this kept me regular. I never experienced any type of discomfort, no pains, never had an accident, nor felt the need to rush to the bathroom. This product worked like clockwork! I made the mistake of thinking I could find a better product and purchased “P**e” magnesium citrate. Huge mistake on my half, terrible results! I’ll be switching back once I’m done with that bottle.
