I drink these very often. They taste great, this is my favorite flavour of the ones they make. My girlfriend says they taste similar to tea, and that might be why I like them. I grew up drinking Arizona Iced Tea, and it does have a similar taste with carbonation. The can says it will help you focus, and I can say it makes me less distracted. I am not sure how it works, but sometimes it is more helpful than others. They can be very effective if you are not drinking them super often. Overall, it is a little bit more than I would like to pay for a can, but it helps me lock in at work when I need to so I will keep buying them.

Horrible taste
Taste is awful. I wish it was as good as all the commercials make it out to be. I bought product for dry January and my husband and I could not drink one can together. It tastes just awful. Very disappointed and no return policy.
