These rice crackers are of great quality. There aren't a lot of broken bits and pieces. The crackers are fresh and crispy.

I thoroughly enjoy senbe. Buying them from Japanese markets is limited. I wish they weren't ocassionally 'stale' as crunchy is the preferred texture.

call me basic, but i love me a simple seaweed rice cracker. something with just enough saltiness and crunch to satisfy any craving. these hit the spot every! single! time! if you aren't really used to salty umami flavors, i can see this being a great start to try something like that out! :)
