Whole Milk Powder, 2 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Made in USA

I use this for baking and making milk bread dough. Quality is solid for the price. Made in USA, non-GMO, gluten free if that matters to you. Two pound bag lasts a long time. Dissolves well in warm water without much effort. No stubborn clumps sitting at the bottom of the glass. A quick stir or shake and it's smooth. Mixes easily into dry ingredients for baking too, just sift it in with the flour. The taste is creamy and close to real whole milk. Not chalky or watered down like some powdered milks I've tried. Easy on the stomach, no digestive issues. I've also added it to smoothies and coffee when I'm out of regular milk and it blends right in. Having a bag of this in the pantry is just convenient. Doesn't go bad quickly like regular milk and you always have it when you need it. Good stuff.

I love this product because it has a great flavor and works for when I run out of store bought milk (husband drinks most of it). Stores well in the pantry in a jar and I love adding it to all sorts of things like gravies, stews/soups, biscuits, pudding mixes (I make my own), ranch dressing mix (homemade), and so much more. It is great and I don't get nauseated when I eat it like I do with store bought milk. It is easy to mix and doesn't leave clumps like some other brands I have bought.

Soooooooo flipin' good! Rich, creamy, good quantity. Doesn't go well as a spoon into coffee, needs more than justca stir. I used a wisk when making the actual milk for disolvability.

I really like the taste of this powdered milk. It tastes like fresh milk.

Great product was not aware of the limited shelf life. I wished it had longer shelf life. One needs to be aware of the date of manufacture if buying for a go/bail out bag
