They work for me!
I know for a fact that these patches help me with the night sweats. I wanted to see for myself if they worked. I went 2 days without patches and on those nights I woke up fully drenched in sweat. I started them back up and no night sweats. Also they stick just fine. I put 2 on each shoulder & 1 on each forearm. Now I just gotta make all the other meds I'm taking for perimenopause work.

Not sure what to rate it just yet.
Well, I can definitely say the hot flashes are gone. Thinking that I might have to wait a couple of months before I notice other things. Wish they would use easier ways to stick it onto something instead of coated paper. I had to throw away some because the paper backing came off onto the supplement. I use other supplements and they use different backing (placed on some kind of plastic for easy removal).
