Tastes Just Like Home — Amazing Korean Rice Cooker Value
This rice cooker is from one of the most trusted brands in Korea, and the performance lives up to its reputation. For this price, the value is outstanding — the rice comes out exactly like the bowls I used to enjoy back home: chewy, glossy, and perfectly cooked every time. It’s a great fit for a 2–3 person household, and the compact design looks sleek on the counter. There are plenty of cooking modes available, but if you mainly plan to use it as a rice cooker, I recommend sticking to the rice modes. If you want to explore other functions, make sure to use the cleaning mode regularly — it helps a lot. If you’re new to Korean-style rice cookers, take a moment to read the manual. It explains everything clearly, and you’ll avoid mistakes early on. Just remember: use a soft sponge for cleaning the inner pot, and never use a metal rice scoop. For the best results, use the correct water level and mode for the type of rice. For reference, I usually cook 2 cups of white rice and 1 cup of brown rice, fill the water up to the “Mixed Rice 3” line, and use the high-pressure “Mixed Rice (Normal)” mode. It never sticks and comes out great every time. (See photos and videos for reference.) And one more tip: regularly taking apart the removable parts and giving the cooker a thorough cleaning also makes a noticeable difference in the taste of the rice. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. As expected — Cuckoo never disappoints.

Perfect Rice, Every Time
This sleek white rice cooker has become a kitchen staple. The dual pressure cooking technology delivers consistently perfect rice every time, and the 6-cup capacity is ideal for families. Performance: The pressure cooking function works beautifully—rice comes out fluffy and evenly cooked with minimal effort. I've tried multiple rice varieties (white, brown, jasmine, arborio) and it handles them all with impressive results. The cooking time is noticeably faster than traditional cookers, which is great on busy weeknights. Design and style: The clean white finish looks modern and fits seamlessly into any kitchen décor. It's compact enough to sit on the counter without dominating space, yet the 6-cup capacity means I rarely need to cook twice for our family. Features: Beyond rice, the dual pressure function gives you flexibility in cooking settings. The controls are intuitive, the keep-warm function is reliable, and cleanup is straightforward with the non-stick inner pot. Durability: Build quality feels solid. It's been a dependable workhorse without any issues so far, and the stainless steel accents add to its longevity. Worth considering: At this price point, you're investing in efficiency and consistency. If you cook rice regularly, the time and quality savings pay off quickly. Bottom line: A reliable, attractive rice cooker that delivers professional results. Highly recommended for anyone serious about their rice game

Worth the investment
I love it. It's my first one so there's a learning curve for certain food but nothing you can't figure out. Just read the manual and see how other people are getting some use out of theirs on YouTube. It's not too big, either. I had seen the 10 cup ones in stores and was a little nervous about my limited counter space. The keep warm feature is nice! The super turbo mode for white rice works well. Yes the texture is a little different but not enough to say I'll never use it again. Love the little songs and jingles, too!

Perfect Koshihikari in 14 minutes! Perfect Thai jasmine rice in regular mode!
I have been wanted to try a Cuckoo pressure cooker for the longest time. I have had zojirushi rice cookers for almost 20 years and they are perfection. But they take long. The cuckoo has a somewhat complicated cooking menu, but to start out I made Thai Jasmine rice (non pressure, white rice setting) and then Japanese white koshishikari short grain rice (High pressure, super turbo, white rice). The Thai rice came out perfect. The kohishikari was the best I have ever made and that is saying something. It was glistening, perfect consistency, and tasted great. and it was done in 14 minutes! I am so happy with this Cuckoo. Highly recommend!

Reliable Rice Cooker That's Easy to Clean
I've been using this CUCKOO rice cooker for over six months, and overall it's been a very reliable appliance. The rice comes out consistently well, and I've had no issues with performance or reliability. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean. The nonstick inner pot does a great job preventing rice from sticking, and cleanup takes very little effort. My main complaints are with the control panel. I'm not a big fan of the touch-button design. Personally, I think traditional physical buttons would be much easier and more intuitive to use, especially when you're trying to quickly start a cooking cycle. The text on the buttons is also quite small. It can be difficult to read from a distance, and I sometimes find myself leaning closer to see the settings. Larger labels and a more user-friendly control layout would make a noticeable difference. That said, these are mostly usability issues rather than performance issues. The cooker itself has been dependable, cooks rice well, and is easy to maintain. If you can live with the touch controls and small lettering, it's a solid rice cooker that has served me well so far.

Life changing rice cooker
Has worked well for over two years with no issues. I am not lying when I say that this rice cooker is the best thing that ever happened to me. The self cleaning function genuinely works, and it makes life so much easier because I HATE cleaning rice cookers. Nonstick, no mess, and easy to perform the little spot cleaning maintenance required to keep it from getting gunked up. It makes cute train noises. What’s not to like.

Cuckoo has horrible customer service and doesn't honor warranties
This product is not good. The pressure spout broke after about 40 days and even though we registered the product, they said they would have to inspect the product first to see if they would honor the warranty. And did not offer a pre-paid return either. I would not buy anything from Cuckoo again.

Cheap and cool sushi rice perfectly
Love it. We owned a pressure cooker cuckoo rice cooker for over 10years and only the latch is broken and the non stick coating was peeling but everything else are still running. Finally decided to buy a new one as we eat rice almost everyday. We bought another expensive induction Japanese rice cooker brand, but had to return it. Bought this one for half price of the Japanses cooker and surprised this works amazing. We eat Sushi rice and it cooks perfectly. The rice is chewy and soft but not mushy. Would highly recommend this cuckoo rice cooker.

I absolutely love this Cuckoo pressure rice cooker! It cooks rice incredibly fast and the quality is far superior to any other rice cooker I’ve used before. The rice comes out perfectly fluffy with a subtle, pleasant sweetness that I’ve never experienced with other cookers. Whether you’re cooking white rice, brown rice, or mixed grains, this cooker delivers consistent, delicious results every time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality rice cooker that makes meal prep a breeze!

Great rice cooker
This is a really good rice cooker for making fresh steamed rice and reheating rice. The pot is a nice heavy weight with handles. I haven’t tried the open cooking option yet, but this is part of the reason for buying it. Two things I wish it had: holder for the rice paddle and removable electrical cable. So far we use it almost everyday.
